Monthly Rentals in El Mocan

This place is amazing. It is very central to Puerto De La Cruz, and while it does get loud from about 8pm to 1am, it is otherwise quiet and all you hear are the waves. while there are many restaurants with wonderful food and fair prices nearby, the kitchen is fully equipped. you are 10 m away from the beach, where you can peacefully sunbathe, or swim with the oversight of lifeguards. you are about 10 minutes away from spacious albeit dusty parking, with the area and parking being safe and clean. Jose is a wonderful host, very kind, and very responsive and informative. see you next time Jose!

We stayed at Rómulo's place for two months. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and good value for the monthly rental price. Rómulo was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or requests. We worked remotely, so we appreciated the desk in the apartment and the good internet. There is also a nearby friendly and affordable gym, Xtreme Training Centro. There are some cafes nearby, our favourite being next to the church. For the rest, it is a quiet area. We rented a car and would recommend this for anyone staying longer than a few days so you can easily explore the rest of the beautiful island.

We had a great time at Marion's. His hospitality was impeccable despite our late arrival. The studio is very clean and functional, the views of the mountains and ocean are superb. The location in the heights not far from the coast is quite beautiful. This is a perfect base for visiting Tenerife Island.

Lovely place in a peacefull and green secluded valley with a great view. There's busy road below, but you hardly hear it at all, you can hear the ocean instead :) Getting there by car you do need to drive round a bit depending on what direction you are coming from, but it's all worth it. Would not hesitate staying there again for another week.
