It's perfect, it has everything. An 8-minute walk from Cala Canyelles, the best cove in Rosas and 3 km from the center of Roses. Chic neighborhood. Parking for 1 car. Yes WIFI. Large pool, 09/15 No 🏊‍♀️, terrace to eat well 4 people. Large community area with summer lounge. Community for only 16 apartments, so it is very quiet. 2 bedrooms to comfortably sleep 4 people. The sofa has a bed inside. It has a dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, a gas stove, a washing machine and a dryer.

Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles-sur-Mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.
