Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in the Alt Empordà, 20 minutes from St Martí d'Empúries and 10 minutes from Figueres. We have an outdoor space for barbecues, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, several areas for eating and relaxing, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and an indoor patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. A large open plan, fully-equipped kitchen/dining room makes preparing meals a pleasure.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.

Mediterranean-style beachfront house in a unique location with spectacular views of the Bay of Roses. Surrounded by a large garden of pine, cypress, and olive trees, it has a heated indoor pool and direct access to the Camí de Ronda hiking trail. The terracotta and white tones of the furniture and decor convey comfort and convenience, and seek to find the perfect balance between the bright blue of the sea and the feeling of refuge.

This accommodation is very special and personal because it is the house that my great-grandfather bought to spend the summers with his 9 children, then where my father grew up and in it I spent the happiest moments of my childhood.
