Apartment vacation rentals in El Llano del Beal

We really enjoyed the apartment and it has tremendous views of the Mar Menor with a nice sized balcony to enjoy it from. You get great sunrise and sunset views which can even be enjoyed from the living room. Being 3 bedroom there was plenty of space for the two of us and it's equipped sufficiently for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment block's well maintained with friendly residents and staff and only 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and a well stocked Spar supermarket. Its location is also peaceful and safe at night. The tennis club nearby is a lovely place to have a few evening drinks and there's 3 good local restaurants we particularly enjoyed, Chiringuito, Piccolo Mare (more for Indian food) and El Secreto. The only suggestion is a house book with information about the appliances, local transport, amenities etc, which would have been useful. It would save having to request information from the hosts directly although Nano responded promptly to us.

La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro de Cartagena, lo que nos permitió movernos a pie y disfrutar de la ciudad con total comodidad. El apartamento era muy acogedor, bien equipado y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Además, el propietario fue muy atento y amable desde el primer momento, siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto. ¡Sin duda, repetiríamos!

Estuvimos unos días porque teníamos un congreso en el hotel de enfrente y no quedaban habitaciones, así que nos vino de lujo. Tanto Cristina como José Ángel han sido maravillosos y el piso es exactamente lo que dice ser. El sitio es pequeño, así que tres caben justitos, pero para ser un piso de playa no te lo vas a encontrar más cómodo y moderno que este. Te incluyen todo lo necesario para cocinar e incluso para sazonar la comida, o sea que puedes . Como pequeño fallo decir que el agua de la ducha se cuela por las juntas y moja el suelo, pero no es mucho. Está todo muy bien. Estamos muy contentos y repetiríamos si hiciera falta un alojamiento cerca.

La estancia ha sido magnífica. las vistas del apartamento son increíbles, sentarse en el balcón o la butaca y ver el amanecer y el mar a lo largo del día es simplemente fantástico. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para la comodidad y todos los detalles están cubiertos. Una estancia increíble en la que repetir próximamente. Mercedes siempre atenta y amable con cualquier duda o solicitud. gracias y hasta pronto!

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Wow what can i say, pilars apartment is right beside the cathedral, shops, restaurants and bars right in the heart of everything. Pilar was super responsive always messaged back and gave us hints snd tips to places, travel etc. we had an amazing few days here and I definitely would stay hrre if i was going back. The apartment was spotless and had everything you needed. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.

Es war ein schöner Kurzaufenthalt, der den Namen Urlaub verdient, da alles so war, wie vorher beschrieben und das Einchecken war durch die klaren und guten Hinweise von Sergio problemlos. Auch unseren Sonderwunsch hat er uns erfüllt. Das einzige Manko waren die sehr schmalen Parkplätze. Aber dafür kann Sergio ja nichts und es gibt auch ausreichende Möglichkeiten außerhalb des zur Unterkunft gehörenden Parkplatzes in unmittelbarer Nähe und kostenlos zu parken. Wenn wir wieder in dieser Gegend eine Unterkunft suchen, werden wir zuerst bei Sergio nachfragen.

La descripción era perfecta pero lo mejor la amabilidad y rapidez de respuesta de la anfitriona. En todo momento pendiente y preguntando casi a diario si todo estaba bien. Repetiría sin dudar y solo por esa sensación de saber que si algo sucede tendría ayuda.

Alquilamos el apartamento de Mercedes por una semana y en general la experiencia fue muy buena. El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, con preciosas vistas y todo muy limpio. Cada vez que necesitábamos un utensilio o aparato x, lo encontrábamos sin problema. Nos sorprendió gratamente que no entrasen mosquitos ni con las ventanas abiertas por la noche, aún así, disponíamos de enchufes y sprays antimosquitos, lo cual se agradece. Sin embargo, hubo un par de detalles que nos habría gustado saber de antemano: no se nos avisó de que la piscina estaría en obras toda la semana. Fue una pena, ya que era un servicio (incluido en el total) que en su día valorábamos mucho a la hora de escoger alojamiento y que, finalmente, no pudimos disfrutar. Además, el ventilador de techo no funcionaba correctamente con el mando: se podía encender la luz, pero no conseguimos que llegara a dar aire. A pesar de estos aspectos, es un muy buen apartamento para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y cómodas.

Piso limpio, en zona tranquila. Camas cómodas. Buena terraza. Antonio y Daniel muy agradables. Recomendable.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben 7 wundervolle Nächte in dieser großartigen Unterkunft verbracht und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet, absolut sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die beiden Terrassen – die Dachterrasse bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf den Pool und auf der anderen Seite auf den See – einfach perfekt zum Entspannen! Der private Eingang zur Unterkunft sorgt für viel Privatsphäre, und das gesamte Resort ist sehr gepflegt und sicher – mit Schranke, Wachmann und sogar einem eigenen Zugang zum See. Für Familien ein absoluter Traum! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

We loved this place! The interior is beautiful. The terrace doesn’t feel very private, as there are neighbors from different countries around. The location is great, and there are plenty of activities nearby. The downside is that this Airbnb still uses an old check-in method where you have to call someone and meet at a specific time. A self check-in option would be a great improvement.

Ich habe 3 Monate in der sehr schönen Wohnung von Mateo verbracht. Es ist eine sehr moderne Wohnung mit hochwertiger Einrichtung. Alles war blitzsauber. Mateo war immer erreichbar und hat sehr schnell reagiert, wenn ich eine Frage oder Bitte hatte. Die Wohnung liegt nur 100 m vom Strand und der schönen Strandpromenade entfernt. Eine große Dachterrasse, die exklusiv zu dieser Wohnung gehört, ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Ich kann diese Unterkunft von Mateo empfehlen.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Die Wohnung ist schön, ordentlich und sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Vom Balkon kann man direkt auf das Meer blicken. Ein gepflegter Naturstrand (offenes Meer) befindet sich ebenfalls direkt vor dem Wohnkomplex. Ein sehr schöner Strand am Mar Menor ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich ebenfalls ein kleiner Supermarkt, div. Restauranst und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gerne kommen wir einmal wieder.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

Väldigt fint boende som har allt man behöver för en semester, grill, jacuzzi, pool och bra utrustat kök! Nackdelen med området är att det är kuperat och gångavståndet till stranden är kanske närmre 20 min.

Alles is zoals je het verwacht, enigste min puntje zijn camera's in de woonkamer. Buiten dat om volledig tevreden over alles. Zeer mooie locatie met erg mooi uitzicht vanuit diversen plekken. Echte aanrader!
