Pet-friendly vacation rentals in El Jardín

We kicked off our honeymoon in Costa Rica at Axel's place for 4-nights. When we arrived, it was the evening so it was dark out. The following morning we were totally blown away by the beauty of this lovely farm! Gorgeous green trees, flowers, monsteras, & mountains are surrounding you. The view is spectacular (even when it is raining or cloudy). The house has hammocks to relax in, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal, a very comfy bed, and views to die for! Toucan-spotting over coffee in the morning was a highlight. Axel was not only a great host but a lovely person to chat with! If you are looking for a more remote Costa Rican experience, this is the place for you. Highly recommend and are definitely planning to come back to this wonderful place! Thanks again Axel!!

Beautiful landscape. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. Home was great and close to the airport. Great way to welcome us to Costa Rica

The gardens were a wonderfully peaceful respite. It was like taking a vacation while on vacation. The room was great, as described, and even had a dehumidifier available. The property is away from the city (we were able to Uber in and out of the city without too much issue - just a delay in finding a driver one night. We loved exploring and having our morning coffee in the gardens. We didn’t meet Phil, and we weren’t able to get a gate opener for our stay, but it worked out OK with two of us (one to drive the car and the other to get out and operate the gate).

We had a wonderful stay at John's place! I was traveling with a group of 7 and it was the perfect fit for our stay. It felt extremely safe with the remote-control gate, multiple carbon-monoxide detectors, and the security-guard/property-keeper Martín, who always greeted us with a smile in the evenings and early mornings. The location was excellent, with more than a handful of restaurants a 5 to 15 min walk away, a fully stocked super market 2 min away and a very quick drive to the Manuel Antonio National Park. The kitchen was also excellent; we made dinner and cocktails a few nights and were able to enjoy them altogether on the lovely back porch (a great place to read and play cards during a rainy afternoon as well). Even though the property also shares a few other houses, the large plants and beautiful trees keeps the house very private. Our favorite part was the beautiful pool with 8 lounge chairs, pool noodles, and an excellent view of the coastline. Would highly recommend!!

A absolute privilege to spend a few days here as a family. A gem of a house that felt immediately like a home. We loved the quirks and the passion for enjoyment. Top of our price range but to us it was worth every penny. Thank you Tucker.

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect, with plenty of walkable restaurants nearby. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind, and we loved having access to a great pool and gym.

The place was private, spacious, extremely clean, and inviting. Sarah and her team were very welcoming and made sure our stay was wonderful. I would definitely rent this place again.

My friend and I stayed at Jorge's Airbnb for 2 nights, and we had a lovely time. Jorge is a very helpful host, and was flexible and accommodating when we had to switch our reservation details.

Our family group of 11 had a wonderful stay at Raquel's - we all wished it had been longer! The house was comfortable, the grounds are beautiful, the children enjoyed the pool, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The activities we had planned kept us away during most of each day, and we wished we had more time just to enjoy the space! Even with some water utility issues that were out of her control, she communicated with us about the potential problem, and the reserve tank kept us from being without water. Her responses to questions were quick and helpful. We highly recommend the place!!

This was the best place Ive ever been while booking my stay in this platform. The whole stay felt like a fairytale, the place is perfect for families looking for quality time. the town is very peaceful and the place too, of course. Great attention to detail and the hosts were so loving and kind.

Nuestra estadía en la cabaña fue simplemente espectacular. Todo superó nuestras expectativas: la limpieza, los detalles, la comodidad… no tenemos absolutamente nada negativo que decir. La cabaña y toda la propiedad son hermosas, se respira tranquilidad y se nota el cuidado en cada rincón. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda, un lugar al que quisiéramos volver.

Great last minute booking while traveling across the country. Cool cabin - if you are a light sleeper be aware of wind noise up on the mountain. Super clean, awesome to play some pool. Would be a great place for a large group. Be careful in socks- floors are slippery in the house. 5/5 , great directions, easy to get to.

Nos hospedamos en la casa de Doug por una noche 4 familias, con 4 niños, la zona es de las más lindas de Costa Rica, tiene una vista espectacular y si te gusta el gusta el clima frío es el lugar ideal para unas vacaciones fuera de la ciudad pero bastante cerca. La cabaña super acogedora, equipada con todo lo que necesitábamos para las necesidades de todas las familias, Doug super atento desde el primer momento. La pasamos realmente bien - la recomendaríamos y regresaremos sin duda. Nos encantó!

Excelente lugar para salir de la rutina una noche con un grupo grande de amigos, suficientes baños y espacio para que todos se mantengan ocupados. La cocina bastante equipada y hay juegos de mesa. La fogata es genial para el mood del paseo.
