The master bathroom has a bathtub and shower, and the other bathrooms only have a shower. The building is of a high standard and very safe, as it has permanent surveillance. All spaces have cold/heat air conditioning. The beds are new and high quality. There is also central heating as well as hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped and so is the tableware. The two main rooms have a TV with full cable service (Direct TV) and internet. The internet service is fiber optic with very good reception in all areas. There is also a 4th bedroom next to the kitchen equipped with cleaning supplies, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The apartment has a large living room with very comfortable armchairs and a dining room for 8 people. Ideal for relaxing after exploring the city. It has a main entrance with an individual doorman accessed by the main elevator and another entrance located in the kitchen where you can access a second elevator and the stairs to the ground floor. I am in constant contact with my guests because I live very close and I love to socialize. Upon arrival, I give guests a public transportation card and a neighborhood guide with suggestions on good restaurants that are nearby. I leave you several contact numbers and I am very attentive to any requests. Located in the heart of Recoleta, the city's most elegant neighborhood. Just 4 blocks from Avenida Alvear, where the most exclusive hotels and shops in the country are located. The neighborhood is safe, with lots of bars, restaurants, and transportation. All bus lines pass through nearby avenues. The subway is also very close. Taxis and Uber available. Also within walking distance are the Recoleta Cemetery, Buenos Aires Design, Pilar Church, Craft Fair, El Ateneo bookstore, Law School, Museum of Fine Arts, Palais de Glace and other relevant sites to visit and enjoy the beautiful city. There's a Starbucks across the street for breakfast.
