Vacation rentals with a patio in El Grau de Moncofa

This apartment is exactly what one hopes to find when booking on Airbnb. It's in perfect condition, fully equipped with every possible amenity, and has a special atmosphere that makes you feel right at home and eager to return. We absolutely loved Valencia, but our stay wouldn't have been the same without the kindness of the hosts and the unique charm of the apartment. It is a very complete apartment. From very attentive Laura, she gave us directions and taught us the facilities of the Apt. Everything is very well organized, clean, with the bathroom utensils and accessories, kitchen, suitable rooms and is great, very grateful to the host for the flexibility when going out. We have left water in the fridge and Colacao 🙏🏻 detail that is appreciated as well. Very comfortable we were.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. Artem’s place is really well placed in Valencia near bars and restaurants. We were able to walk into the centre in under an hour and also experience different food and wine places near by. Artem was really quick at responding to any questions we had and let us leave our bags in the flat as we had arrived earlier than the check in time. Will be definitely staying here again when in Valencia.

We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is spacious, well-equipped and offers all-round pleasant, shady seating – perfect for staying outside even at higher temperatures. The pool was a great addition for us and made the stay even more relaxing. We would like to highlight the responsiveness of the landlord: A small problem with the garage door was immediately responded to and quickly remedied – very exemplary! The surroundings are quiet, a supermarket is easily accessible by car. There are some dogs in the neighborhood, so there is always barking - but for us it was not a problem overall. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool that is also easy to use in April. Luxuriously furnished and everything is available. Really a lovely property. Also, can always appreciate if all the herbs for cooking are there;-) Ashley is very responsive and friendly. We were with 3 children and 2 adults.

We went with little time because we went to an event. Graham was available to give us clear instructions on how to get there, park, and restaurants. Incredible views where you can breathe tranquility. Highly recommended place, with everything you need for a longer stay.

The place was easy to find, clean and well stocked. It does have a plunge pool but we didn’t use it because the water was cold. The location is ok. About a 25 min walk to the old town center so a bit of a walk. Parking is tough. Street parking is almost unattainable. We had to park blocks and blocks away. So if you have a car be aware. Host was quick to respond.

We loved our stay at this accommodation near Albufera. The area is very quiet and beautiful, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying nature. The house was perfectly equipped, nothing was missing: full kitchen, comfortable beds and everything was very clean. In addition, Maria was an excellent host, very attentive and always willing to help us with anything we needed. Definitely a highly recommended experience. ¡We would come back without thinking!

What a nice house to stay in. It is big, comfortable and was super clean. It matches the photos and the description and so met our expectations. We had a nice week with our family. The house is in a quiet area. The only thing we were sorry about is that there is only one restaurant within walking distance.

Great place in walkable distance from nice restaurants and city of arts. Supermarket and pharmacy are available across the street. The apartment is well connected to all places of interest via public transport (bus stop is around the corner). Inside, the place is very clean and stylish with everything needed for a short-term stay.

Patri is a wonderful, very friendly hostess with a great apartment in the immediate vicinity of Malvarosa Beach. Location: The apartment is about a three-minute walk from the great Malvarosa beach and its long promenade. It is super connected by metro, bus connection and the bike rental system "Valenbisi". There are very good restaurants and shopping in the area. Apartment: The apartment is equipped exactly as described in the listing, with all necessary utensils and some extras. It is really very clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Hostess: Patri is a great hostess who picked us up at the metro. She is a heartfelt hostess and awaits in her apartment with many extras that go beyond the expected level of an AirBnB apartment. Patri is very quick to respond to requests.
