Comfortable stay, equipped house and very central but in a quiet area, there is shade and a nice pool that we enjoyed with a pet since it is very well fenced, and it has accessibility for elderly people with reduced mobility to the house [flat terrain] and has a bathroom/shower with support bars.

Excellent house to enjoy, it is just as it appears in the photos, everything was great, we only had problems with the electricity in the living room, we had no electricity in the outlets, I tried to fix it but there was no case, otherwise everything was excellent.

It was an excellent experience to stay at Juan's house. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and very organized, it had everything you need to make our stay a wonderful experience. We traveled as a family, with our dogs included, and we had a great time! Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which we appreciated, and Juan was always very attentive to our needs. We stayed 4 nights and the house is very comfortable, as shown in the photos and in the description, the patio is wonderful, we enjoyed the gazebo, sauna, jacuzzi and pool.

Beautiful house! We had a very quiet weekend, with a beautiful view and everything you need to rest. The place is beautiful, close to the beach by car and then a few minutes walk. A very quiet place to disconnect. We would definitely go back! Highly recommended!

The house is really nice, everything works perfectly, the decor is nice and cozy and it is very well equipped (kitchen utensils, bathroom, heating, cushions, duvets, etc.). It's even better than what you can see in the photos. In addition, Fabiola was a seven as a very responsive host for questions and super clear to provide us with instructions and coordinate our arrival and departure. We hope to come back very soon.

The house is not very large, but if comfortable enough, Ricardo is a very good host always willing to lend help.

Very good experience in the cabin, it is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. From the first moment, communication with Vivianne was quick and easy, she always answered our questions immediately. The environment is quiet and safe, surrounded by a very nice forest and the beach is just a few minutes walk away. :)

A good place to stay, it's cozy and has a lot of space. It is close to the main places of black island and Oscar is a very attentive host to any requirement. The house keeps the heat well for its construction material and was clean when we arrived. There are not many appliances, you have to go prepared if they are required.

The house comes with everything you need to stay, a good terrace and functional. It would be nice to have a TV, since when traveling with children it is very useful for them to watch movies. The condominium is very quiet and has a very nice environment, close to the beach 10 minutes by car, very good restaurants in the center of Algarrobo.

I needed a place to stay very close to Padre Hurtado and we found this house that has everything you need for your stay. For two people it is a precise place or if you have 2 children. Nearby there is a warehouse, supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy etc. Jonathan is a friendly host.

We went for our family vacation, we were 15 people including seniors and children. We felt very comfortable in the house, I think that in reality it is better than in the photographs. Very comfortable for large groups, many outdoor spaces, large pool. The gardens are really beautiful. We totally recommend it. The beach is very close, you can walk there. It has a supermarket very close by and various amenities. Magdalena was very loving and attentive.

The place is as it appears in the photos. Clean and with everything you need for a good stay. We were taken care of very well from the arrival to the residential complex. Neruda's house can be reached walking and there is also a well stocked supermarket nearby. It is very good to stay there since everything is like new. Comfortable, private and safe. If we go to Black Island again we will repeat.

The house is very nice, spacious, warm, with a patio ideal for children. We were a weekend with my husband, our children and a couple of friends and we really enjoyed it very much. Jose Ignacio gives the super clear instructions and responds very quickly. Happy to go back
