We were a family of 10 plus a 3 little ones, and we loved our stay at The Moon House!! The house is comfortable and has lots of entertainment and is very peaceful. We felt safe and lucky to have a nice place to gather together as a family for the long weekend and share nice meals together and also get into town for a short trip as it is not a far drive to it. We would love to come back!

The apartment is comfortable, very well decorated and furnished. It has a nice view from the terrace, the condominium has enough security. Doris is a sweetheart!! She welcomed us and gave us the keys in person, very concerned about the details, very kind. I recommend it to disconnect!! :)

From the beginning, Carmen was always attentive to respond to any concerns. She greeted us to hand over the apartment and was there when we left. The apartment is impeccable. Super equipped, comfortable and very well aromatized, you can see the care and dedication of Gloria. Everything is in perfect condition, it has protection on the balcony and the parking is in the underground so the vehicle is very protected. The place is ideal for a family with children the private beach has a super safe pool for them and the sand is ideal for them to play after bathing. The older ones can enjoy in the navigable lagoon with different activities. The place is completely recommended and complies with everything offered in the notice. We hope to be back sometime. We really thank Gloria for all her attention.

Alvaro is an excellent host, his house is very nice and the pool is coming very well, it is perfect. It is second time that I stay here and on this occasion Álvaro accepted my reservation without prior coordination and saved me the weekend. Luckily the house was available Super recommended, a 3 min drive to the big shops and a block amassanderia and convenience store. Thank you Álvaro! I'll be back :)

Excellent, it's a 15-minute drive to Parque Arauco. Very safe with parking. Security in the apartment on the ground floor, but it is a gated complex of two towers. It's small but perfect for a family of 4. It has a very nice pool. We didn't use it because of the date we went, it was cool but very nice. I recommend it. Thank you

First of all, Pamela is a very good host, friendly, cordial, very good disposition and always ready to answer questions, she even helped us with some places to have lunch. The apartment is excellent, very good view, tidy and everything is clean, excellent place to rest and relax, 1000% recommended, I will definitely come back another time

Comfortable stay, equipped house and very central but in a quiet area, there is shade and a nice pool that we enjoyed with a pet since it is very well fenced, and it has accessibility for elderly people with reduced mobility to the house [flat terrain] and has a bathroom/shower with support bars.

Excellent house to enjoy, it is just as it appears in the photos, everything was great, we only had problems with the electricity in the living room, we had no electricity in the outlets, I tried to fix it but there was no case, otherwise everything was excellent.

It was an excellent experience to stay at Juan's house. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and very organized, it had everything you need to make our stay a wonderful experience. We traveled as a family, with our dogs included, and we had a great time! Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which we appreciated, and Juan was always very attentive to our needs. Our stay at Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not to mention the beautiful view we had from the balcony. Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would definitely come back!
