El apartamento está orientado al Oeste, con vistas a la montaña. Tiene piscina y una agradable zona verde en la que disfrutar de la naturaleza . A cinco minutos, en coche, de la playa y a quince caminando por una vía verde. Segunda planta, sin ascensor.
