Just an 8-minute walk to the beach and under 10 minutes on foot to Miramar Shopping Centre, with cinemas, restaurants, shops, services and a Carrefour hypermarket. Reach Fuengirola town centre in 25 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by local bus (bus stop just an 8-minute walk from the house). It couldn't be better.

This stylish home has the best location for your break! It offers all amenities you could posibly need inside, as well as spectacular views of the mountains and the sea, it has a small private garden with a BBQ, a very large and beautiful communal pool just across the road and nearby beach access. The beach is just as wonderful for a walk in the winter as it is to sunbathe in the summer. Restaurants , shopping mall, golf course, horse riding, water park within a walk or a short drive.
