Peaceful stay for a week. Beautiful elevated location with panoramic views. Rocabella restaurant at the bottom of the track was great if you dont feel like venturing out far, with a varied menu from light bites to main dishes with burgers, steaks and fish.. My advice would would be to grab some basic groceries from a supermarket prior to going up to the house i.e coffee, bread eggs , drinks etc. I travelled with my ederly mother and the accomodation was suitable for our needs as she is unable to manage steps. There is one twin room downstairs with a bathroom and walk in shower which is next to the kitchen , lounge and outside patio so easy access for her with limited mobility. its would not be suitable for a wheelchair however. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with doors opening onto a patio with table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee to relish the sun rise and sunsets, and also affording privacy if travelling with others in your group. I throughly enjoyed my stay. 😊

We had a great stay at this villa. The villa was clean, the beds were comfy, the pool was great and the views were stunning! it was approximately 20 mins walk to La Joya and 35 mins to Hotel Fuente del Sol, so was easy to get around as well.

Very good welcome, accommodation in an idyllic setting, very good bedding, very good indoor and outdoor equipment, we had a great stay and recommend this accommodation!

We had a wonderful weekend in Monte Naturivo! The accommodation is surrounded by beautiful nature and is the perfect place to unwind. Everything was absolutely clean and very well maintained – you can tell how much love is put into every detail here. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great pool, the relaxing hammam and the beautiful yoga room – ideal for switching off and feeling good. The hostess was incredibly friendly and warm, we felt welcome from the first moment. Monte Naturivo is really a special place that we highly recommend to everyone.

The property is really tucked away and you have to pay attention to the directions otherwise you’ll struggle to find it, but this is typical in this region. Even though we arrived late (approximately 11.00pm) getting into the property was very easy. Each room has its own heating/cooling system so we got to the temperature we wanted very quickly. Overall, everyone (there were 8 of us) was happy with the accommodation inside. Outside is just perfect. Lovely pool and jacuzzi, 8 sun loungers, tables and chairs for all, and a great barbecue.

Had a lovely stay here. Villa was very clean and well presented. The scenery was beautiful and very peaceful. You will definitely need a car to get to the property as you have to drive down single track mountain roads to access it. Antonio looked after us well, we had a small problem one day and he came and sorted it after just a few hours. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor kitchen/bar area was amazing. There’s even a large paella pan which we put to good use. All the bedrooms have air conditioning which we needed as it was mid 40s during our stay! You are charged for the air con using a meter which we didn’t know until arrival but it was only €65 for the week and we had it on every night in every bedroom. The pool was very clean and Antonio came to clean it halfway through the week.

I cannot rate this place high enough. It’s a slice of heaven and a place of dreams. If you want to get away from the world but be close enough to be in Malaga within 15 minutes, I don’t think you can do better. The work and effort that Juan and Ana have put into this place is outstanding. It’s secluded, it’s peaceful, it’s surrounded by beautiful vistas. It’s only 15 minutes from the outskirts of Malaga, but you feel in your own, private world. From here I visited Malaga, Ronda, Cordoba and Granada. I also spent days doing nothing at all, just laying by the pool or swimming, relaxing in peace and reading. It’s such a wonderful place. May I please say a particular thanks to Juan, who is the most charming and friendly host you can hope to meet. The pride and passion he has for the home and the area is incredible. He was an absolute pleasure. Kind hearted and patient while I practiced my terrible Spanish on him. I look forward to returning and miss being there already.

The stay at Angel's "Las Lavaderas" was excellent. Due to the quiet and private atmosphere, we recovered well. A perfect place to relax. The house is equipped with everything you need. Communication with Angel worked perfectly, friendly and always promptly.

This was one of the best holidays we have had. The mountains are incredibly beautiful, the town is not too far away, Malaga is great for beaches, town, restaurants, shopping and history! Juan is very friendly and happy to help and manager Jenni is always on hand to answer questions and visit to make sure that everything is going smoothly. The pool is compact but still wonderful for a dip at any time. It is clean and very well maintained. The terrace is beautiful to sit at all times. This is a wonderful place. Thank you for our stay!

From the moment we booked Carlos’ beautiful house he was the perfect host. Sending directions the day before, meeting us at the house to show us around then leaving us to enjoy the break we had been so looking forward to. Carlos was always there if we needed him. The house is perfect for families with a small very private apartment literally 30m from the back of the house. The main house itself is full of character with air conditioning but actually not required as the stone building kept many of the rooms really cool despite the 34 degree temperatures outside. The kids were never out of the pool which was very safe and very clean. The kitchen is brilliant for the family evening gatherings and sharing main meals or breakfast outside. Due to the Google directions Carlos sent we literally went straight to the house within 1hr 15 mins from leaving Malaga airport. The solitary neighbour is very friendly and offered some tips on where to visit. La Ronda is beautiful too. Thank you

Very cozy stay. In the middle of nature to disconnect from everything. Close to Antequera and with a spectacular setting. Antonio, the host, is charming and very attentive. The house is very clean and with all the amenities. We had a very good weekend. Totally recommended. We will be back.

Lovely cabin in the woods, cut off from stresses and strains of life. A challenging drive but well worth it. Sabina and Walter were helpful throughout. Loved our stay there and would go back. Thx again.

The path to the house has very narrow streets, but it is worth going to the house. The house is practically in the center of the village, with short pedestrian access to the most famous areas of the village. The house itself was clean, although some dishes were dusty (it's normal). It was also well-equipped and the room is simply wonderful, with part of the cliff as a wall and overlooking the stream that runs through the village. I highly recommend it.

Such an amazing stay! We were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. If you are looking for a modern, luxury home, this may not be for you right away. For us, it was absolutely perfect! The house was clean and everything is provided that is needed. The location is ideal: quiet location. You are at ease, private. The swimming pool is a great asset: pure enjoyment. If I can say 1 point that was perhaps a little less, it is that the toilet and shower are located outside the cottage. (if you have to go to the toilet at night or something) but in itself not disturbing for us. When we had questions, we also received an immediate answer via message. We are very satisfied with our stay and would not hesitate to come back :-)

Paqui and Jose Antonio were wonderful hosts and met us on arrival in a nearby restaurant to handover keys and direct us to the villa. The villa is superb and perfect for a quiet getaway which is exactly what we were after. It is just a short drive to the town of Coín which has an array of shops and restaurants. We ventured out for some great day trips including Ronda (hour drive west), Nerja (hour drive east), Malaga (30min drive) and a nice quiet beach (Playa del Peñón del Cuervo). The villa felt very spacious for the three of us and could easy accommodate more people. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need as well as an outdoor bbq and great seating. The three of us enjoyed returning to the villa after trips and relaxing round the pool each day. Would certainly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Malaga or the nearby areas and for those looking for a quiet getaway. We would write even more positive feedback if this section did not have a word limit!

This is a wonderful place to stay in the beautiful hills. We loved the countryside, the views, the location, the outdoor kitchen and, of course, the swimming pool. This is a country house and the neighbours, who are not very close have dogs, chickens and cockerels so absolute quiet is not guaranteed! There is also some aeroplane traffic (something we are not used to) because of the proximity to Malaga airport. The hosts were perfect - very kind, helpful and discreet.

We loved our stay at Juan's villa! It was very private with fantastic views. The property was so clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a really comfortable stay. The pool was lovely, the barbeque was great, and Juan was really responsive and helpful. We stayed here as a couple, but I could see that this place would also work really well for a family - it was very secure and peaceful, and was surrounded by orange trees. It was a great location for day trips and only 30 mins from the airport. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Where to begin - hands down the best AirBnB we’ve stayed in. Incredible location, great pool area and lovely hosts that have thought of everything you might need for your stay. There was a great welcome pack with useful maps and recommendations and the eggs from the chickens were delicious. They even provide their home grown olive oil! It’s a great place for kids - park area, sand pit, amazing pool and friendly animals. Our 3 year old had the time of her life and hasn’t stopped asking to go back since we left. We had swimming lessons with Lily which is one of the best things that has happened to us as our water loving 3 year old can now swim a width of the pool and do a whole host of other things safely in the water. Lily created such a fun and safe environment. She also does mermaid swimming lessons for slightly older kids which I would definitely do in the future. Thanks so much for the most amazing few days. We will be back (and tell all our friends about it too!)

We had a fantastic vacation at Antonia’s house in Viñuela. The view and location exceeded our expectations — even better than in the photos. The house is spacious and comfortably accommodates six people. The outdoor area is generous, with a lovely veranda, outdoor kitchen and a marvelous view over valley and hills reaching into the ocean. The property is easy to access, fully fenced, and gated for added security. The ocean and hiking areas are within short range. All amenities are exactly as described. Communication with Antonio was excellent — he is a friendly and attentive host. We would highly recommend this house; it offers great value for the price.

Just arrived back from a wonderful week at Steph and Terry's home. The weather was amazing so we took full advantage of the beautiful pool in the most fabulous location. The property is set amongst the mountains and whilst remote it's not too far from the main road for visiting the surrounding area. For myself and my partner it ticked all the boxes as we love nature, watching the wildlife and the quiet of the mountains where we could relax away from our busy lives. Steph and Terry were always there to answer any questions and give recommendations. The Al In Carhire company recommended by them was extremely easy and value for money.
