We have spent 5 weeks in Olga’s Spacious apartment which was very well equipped. Water filter was very useful saves carrying water from supermarket. Comfy bed. 10 mins to sea and 5 mins to bars/restaurants/supermarket. The complex is quiet and very well cared for. Felt safe. We got local bus to Torrevieja several times - bus stop 2 mins from complex- 1.60 euros each way. We also walked along coastal path to Torrevieja on couple of occasions - just over an hour. Olga responds very quickly to messages. Would recommend her apartment as a very comfortable base for exploring the area 😊

Inma and her husband are both great host. They were always accommodating and ready to help and provided great local recommendations. Their place in Santa Pola is even nicer than in the pictures. There were 4 of us and a dog and we felt really comfortable. The location is great just walking distance from bars and restaurants.

We stayed for 8 nights at John and Oksana's villa during August, travelling with my wife and I, two teenagers and a 10 year old (who has some additional needs). The villa was very private, in a quiet part of San Fulgencio and then located on a private road off the main road. This was perfect for us and the photographs do not give the full feel of how large and spacious the villa is, with 3 large double bedrooms, 2 good size bathrooms, a large dining/kitchen space and a very large roof area. The pool is also much larger and deeper than we expected which was a very nice surprise! The communication and instructions were very clear throughout and we were met by Irina at our chosen time to do the check in. She gave us a tour of the villa and explained everything in good detail, from the AC controls to the kitchen. We hired a car and I would say that this is essential but restaurants, beaches and shopping are all close within 10 mins drive. A fantastic villa that I would recommend!

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. The apartment was as described and perfectly equipped. I've rarely had an apartment where everything was actually there (even coffee, salt, oil,…). The contact with Antonio was super nice and we were even able to flexibly arrive at the apartment a day earlier than we arrived a day earlier than planned. Antonio was really a wonderful host and was always available for questions. The location of the apartment is great, the sea is within walking distance and you can also walk to restaurants. I have already recommended the apartment and we are looking forward to traveling here again at some point!

This apartment is beautiful. The private pool is perfect for children and my sons lived it. The afternoon sunshine was gorgeous near the pool and was very relaxing. The kitchen and living space has everything you need to make a smooth transition from your home to the apartment. Two bathrooms, ideal when you have children and loads of closet space. Two big supermarkets are a few minutes walk away and the residential area is pretty quiet. The closest beach is a ten minute walk away and it was not overcrowded. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and the property feels safe as you can close the shutters on all doors and windows. The apartment complex is gated so you have a key to enter. We had a lovely time. Thank you.

Be aware that, if you are from the UK and want TV you will need your media log in details or your firestick. The place is very secure and the local comercial area is about 15 minutes walk. Here you can find shops and resturants . Be aware the walk back is all uphill !!

We have just come back from a 5 night stay at this villa and everything was beyond perfect! Antonio sent super clear instructions and directions a couple of days before our arrival, along with the house manual. We travelled with our 16 month old baby and all the equipment we needed was provided with no additional cost. We paid to have the pool heated (which I highly recommend!) as it meant our little one could enjoy it too without getting cold. The villa itself is super spacious and very clean and tidy. Antonio and Elena have provided lots of amenities to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. Antonio was super responsive and checked in with us most days. We had the best time making memories here and hope to come back again soon! Thanks so much 😁

The apartment is even better than the photos. The whole place was super clean and it all felt so new. It had everything we need for our family of 4 (8yr and 13yr old). The heated pool was perfect, espicially as it was April and the temperatures a bit cooler. Supermarket is only a few minutes walk away with the beach and shopping centre only a little further. Great apartment, great location. Definitely would stay again

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️
