The villa is light, airy, and stylish. There is a private heated pool which is gated and so safe for young children, sunbeds, bbq and outdoor tennis table.

Genieten in alle rust! Een prachtig appartement. Alleen comfort.... De nieuwe keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, het XL-boxspringbed opgemaakt met knisperend katoen en airconditioning. Buiten een privéterras van maar liefst 50 m², omringd door olijf- en fruitbomen, op een volledig omheind terrein. Op 6 km ligt het goudgele strand, en op 2 km het dorp. Overdag ontdek je de omgeving of geniet je van zee en zon. Daarna een duik in ons nieuwe zwembad en sluit je de dag af met een goede wijn.

Inside we have all equipment and service you need. Mojácar and it's surroundings has a lot to offer.

The best thing about this apartment is the 180-degree ocean view from the apartment. You can have breakfast overlooking the ocean and you can hear the waves while you sleep. Cozy and comfortable with everything you might need for a luxury vacation. Thanks to our Wi-Fi, you can telecommute while overlooking the ocean. We have recently installed electric awnings, if you leave the house and the wind rises, it will automatically retract.
