It is our third Rural House and its gestation has lasted several years. We have invested many things in it: time, money, sleep, injustices, ... but above all enthusiasm and heart. It has been prepared with great affection, thinking about how we would like our vacation home to be and we will continue to invest our enthusiasm in improving it every day. Wonderful two-story house in Benaocaz, a beautiful village in the Sierra de Cádiz. Downstairs, it has a living/dining room with a fireplace, a kitchenette, and air conditioning. The upper floor has a large bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm and a built-in wardrobe, another cozy bedroom with 1 bed of 1.35 cm and 1 bathroom with shower plate, it does not have air conditioning. Upstairs there is also a magnificent terrace with beautiful views of the mountains.

Eco-Finca Utopia

My brand new eco-house is located in a small valley surrounded by untouched nature very close to the nature park near Grazalema and with many hiking trails all around and near the Embalse de Zahara. During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. On the 3.5 hectares of land there are mainly olive trees and from the top you have a beautiful view of the Sierra de Grazalema.
