The house was very comfortable and spacious, with two bathrooms, so for 4 people, as we were, it was ideal. It was a little hard to find and the neighborhood was peripheral and half-finished. A vehicle is needed because you can't go anywhere on foot.

Our stay went very well in Icod's studio. Antonio is really great! He gave us some great tips for discovering this part of the island and was very attentive with us throughout the stay 🫶🏻

Excellent, it's the best way to describe the apartment and the host. The accommodation is clean and tidy, sheets, towels, bath and cleaning products, etc. No noise and cool during the day and night, with comfortable, spacious beds, TV in the bedrooms and living room, many details that make the stay pleasant, the terrace is great, you can even watch the sunset. During the days I've been there, I've had no problem parking on the same street as the house. The town center is a few minutes away and has supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a pedestrian area, etc. The highway accesses are convenient for traveling to other parts of the island. A ten-star host from the first moment, clear directions and always willing to respond and help with any questions. In short, an unbeatable apartment and host, definitely a totally recommended place. It is a 10-minute drive to the center of Icod and has a place to park the car on the street, in front of the door. It is tastefully decorated and there were enough kitchenware, towels, sheets, everything very new. We were there in February and we did need to use the heater for the showers and to warm up the rooms before sleeping. Super recommended.
