Everything is as described, place is very clean. What makes the place even better is brother marcelo. He answered all our questions and was very helpful. Would stay again, location is central and close to everything. Great place to stay in la paz.

Our family of 4 (2 kids aged 8 and 10) stayed with Eneida and Bernardo for 7 nights, and could not have been happier with our choice. The house is wonderful, character home just outside the center of the neighbourhood of Sopocachi. Like most of La Paz, there are hills to be navigated, however we very much enjoyed walking to all destinations from the home. It is only about 20 minutes to the heart of the city. The house itself is very spacious, and seems like a rarity in terms of size. It is a shared space, however the owners go out of their way to ensure you have your privacy. They have an adorable dog named Blanca that checks in on you every day. We had more than enough space in the bedrooms to be comfortable, and their were plenty of warm blankets and space heaters to keep you warm during the chilly evenings. Absolutely the best part about the home is the hospitality of Eneida and Bernardo. From the moment we arrived they made us feel like part of their extended "family", providing fresh bread each morning and lots of recommendations on the surrounding area. We were lucky enough to be staying at the home while Bernardo's family was visiting, and were welcomed into their group without reservation. It was wonderful to sit by the fireplace and exchange stories during the evenings. We highly recommend staying with Eneida and Bernardo.

A lovely place away from central La Paz. Fabian and his mum are lovely hosts. The space is a good size for two people. There were a few issues that were resolved quickly. There are some lovely eateries within walking distance. The main shopping center is a 15 to 20 minute walk and about 10 Bolivianos by taxi or Uber. A vegetable and meat market is close by. We had a lovely three week stay.

The house is comfortable, clean, very well equipped and easy to access. In addition to the good location, it has a garden and a large garage at no additional cost, which makes it ideal. Vivian was very attentive. You can see that the hosts have thought of all the details, such as firewood for the fireplace, coffee for distilling, board games and kitchen utensils. We really enjoyed our stay. We felt right at home and look forward to coming back.

The maximum, the quiet place, the house is very nice, spacious, safe and well equipped, the service of José Carlos and Viviana is excellent. I recommend it 100%.

The house is beautiful and just as shown in the photos. We had a quiet weekend and enjoyed getting out of the city. I highly recommend it.

The kindness and attention is excellent, the facilities are wonderful, I thank the team that assisted us, highly recommended and I would always go back.

My in-laws stayed with Rene for 2 weeks and were very satisfied! He was even on site at night to help them check in - a great service! When a door handle broke in the apartment, it was immediately repaired within a few hours. All in all a great host and a highly recommended apartment!

Very cozy apartment, located in the south zone of La Paz, it has all the amenities for a pleasant stay.

We stayed for a few nights and were really happy with the apartment. Really comfortable bed, spacious shower, washing machine, nice little kitchen and cozy living room area - perfect for our backpacking break. Amazing views over the city as a bonus! Definitely recommend :)

I had 2 very good nights in this accommodation. The hostess is very kind and attentive, she gave me some cookies and sweets! The accommodation itself is one of the best I have ever stayed, has a lot of infrastructure and has everything a person may need, in addition to being very private. It has a great SmarTV, all the basics like coffee sugar etc. The shower is hot! The internet is very good! Would recommend!

We felt super comfortable, the view was just overwhelming, everything was spotlessly clean. Just a 10-minute walk away is Café Retrato, which offers super delicious coffee and cake. The cable car (Teleferico Amarillo) is also only about a 10-minute walk away. We can definitely recommend the place!

Allow me to say, it maybe the wisest decision I have made in making my Bolivian trip to stay with Jose’s listing. He(and co-host!) is so helpful to all of my questions with prompt replies. We encountered quite a lot of issues like sudden printing requirements for documents, protest in the historical district, late check in near midnight and evening checking out to catch overnight bus etc.. The host had been very proactive provide local suggestions so solve our issues instantly, monitoring the protest with frequent check-up on us to make sure our travel plan was going smoothly and safe. The place is clean, easy commute, with all shops you need surround. We cooked ramen, watched Youtube and did laundry, all things work perfectly. Thank you again to José and the cohost. We hugely grateful for the hospitality and the well maintaining, clean facilities and support. The recommendation of local guide also helps a lot and allow us to enjoy La Paz in this short stay.

The apartment is located in one of the most modern neighborhoods in La Paz. There is a movie theater and two shopping malls nearby and the Celeste cable car. All this makes it strategically located for getting around La Paz. And the view is very nice. The host is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great location! It’s on the 23rd floor with a beautiful view. Very secure with security guards and a key card required to enter and also to go up the elevators. The owner was kind and helpful.

Excellent apartment! Very spacious! Huge, actually! Very comfortable, with sauna and gym. The sauna is excellent and all the amenities too! Nicolas is very kind and attentive to everyone, he explained everything very well. I loved everything and surely next time I go to La Paz, I'm going to be a guest again. Thank you very much Nicolas!
