Kid-friendly vacation rentals in El Alto

Everything is as described, place is very clean. What makes the place even better is brother marcelo. He answered all our questions and was very helpful. Would stay again, location is central and close to everything. Great place to stay in la paz.

Our family of 4 (2 kids aged 8 and 10) stayed with Eneida and Bernardo for 7 nights, and could not have been happier with our choice. The house is wonderful, character home just outside the center of the neighbourhood of Sopocachi. Like most of La Paz, there are hills to be navigated, however we very much enjoyed walking to all destinations from the home. It is only about 20 minutes to the heart of the city. The house itself is very spacious, and seems like a rarity in terms of size. It is a shared space, however the owners go out of their way to ensure you have your privacy. They have an adorable dog named Blanca that checks in on you every day. We had more than enough space in the bedrooms to be comfortable, and their were plenty of warm blankets and space heaters to keep you warm during the chilly evenings. Absolutely the best part about the home is the hospitality of Eneida and Bernardo. From the moment we arrived they made us feel like part of their extended "family", providing fresh bread each morning and lots of recommendations on the surrounding area. We were lucky enough to be staying at the home while Bernardo's family was visiting, and were welcomed into their group without reservation. It was wonderful to sit by the fireplace and exchange stories during the evenings. We highly recommend staying with Eneida and Bernardo.

A lovely place away from central La Paz. Fabian and his mum are lovely hosts. The space is a good size for two people. There were a few issues that were resolved quickly. There are some lovely eateries within walking distance. The main shopping center is a 15 to 20 minute walk and about 10 Bolivianos by taxi or Uber. A vegetable and meat market is close by. We had a lovely three week stay.

La casa es cómoda, limpia, está muy bien equipado y es de fácil acceso. Además de la buena ubicación tiene jardín y un garaje amplio sin costo adicional que lo hacen ideal. Vivian fue muy atenta. Se ve que los anfitriones han pensado en todos los detalles como leña para la chimenea, café para destilar, juegos de mesa y utensilios de cocina. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estadía. Nos sentimos como en casa y esperamos volver.

Lo máximo, el lugar tranquilo, la casa muy agradable, amplia, segura y bien equipada, la atención de José Carlos y Viviana excelentes. Lo recomiendo 100%.

La casa es hermosa y tal cual está en las fotos. Pasamos un finde tranquilo y disfrutamos de salir de la ciudad. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Meine Schwiegereltern waren 2 Wochen bei Rene und sehr zufrieden! Er war sogar nachts vor Ort, um ihnen beim Check In zu helfen - ein toller Service! Als in der Wohnung eine Türklinke kaputt gegangen ist, wurde diese sofort innerhalb weniger Stunden repariert. Alles in allem ein toller Gastgeber und ein sehr empfehlenswertes Apartement!

Departamento muy acogedor, ubicado en la zona sur de la paz, cuenta con todas las comodidades para una agradable estancia.

Coole Nachbarschaft und schneller und freundlicher Kontakt mit den Hosts. Nach kleinen Problemen beim Check-in hat danach alles reibungslos funktioniert. Wir durften auch später als vereinbar auschecken, danke für die Flexibilität. Die Dusche funktioniert super und wir fanden es besonders nett, dass Kaffee, Milch und Schokolade zur Verfügung gestellt wurden.

Eu tive 2 noites muito boa nessa hospedagem. A anfitriã é muito gentil e atenciosa, me deu algumas bolachinhas e doces! A acomodação em si é uma das melhores que já fiquei, tem muita infraestrutura e tem tudo que uma pessoa pode precisar, além de ser muito privativa. Tem uma ótima SmarTV, em de todos os itens básicos possíveis, como café, açúcar, etc. O chuveiro é quente! A internet é muito boa! Recomendo!

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, die Aussicht war einfach überwältigend, alles war makellos sauber. Nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernte ist das Café Retrato das super leckeren Kaffee und Kuchen anbietet. Auch zur Seilbahn (Teleferico Amarillo) sind es nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Allow me to say, it maybe the wisest decision I have made in making my Bolivian trip to stay with Jose’s listing. He(and co-host!) is so helpful to all of my questions with prompt replies. We encountered quite a lot of issues like sudden printing requirements for documents, protest in the historical district, late check in near midnight and evening checking out to catch overnight bus etc.. The host had been very proactive provide local suggestions so solve our issues instantly, monitoring the protest with frequent check-up on us to make sure our travel plan was going smoothly and safe. The place is clean, easy commute, with all shops you need surround. We cooked ramen, watched Youtube and did laundry, all things work perfectly. Thank you again to José and the cohost. We hugely grateful for the hospitality and the well maintaining, clean facilities and support. The recommendation of local guide also helps a lot and allow us to enjoy La Paz in this short stay.

El depto se encuentra en uno de los barrios más modernos de la paz. Hay un cine y dos shoppings cerca y el teleférico celeste. Todo eso hace que este ubicado en un lugar estratégico para moverse Por la Paz. Y la vista es muy linda. La anfitrión muy amable y atenta. Muy recomendable.

La ubicación es ideal, tienes todo alrededor: transporte público, tiendas, restaurantes, etc. Además cuenta con seguridad de día y de noche lo cual es muy importante. El departamento es caliente y espacioso con todas las comodidades. Y una de las cosas más maravillosas son las vistas. No importa en cual de los cuartos estés, que cuentas con unas imágenes de La Paz de ensueño. La comunicación con Veronica desde un principio fue muy cordial, amigable, y ella siempre estuvo lista para colaborar con cualquier consulta. 100% recomendaciones! Si lo que quieres es tener una buena experiencia en La Paz, este es lugar! Gracias por todo Vero!

Excelente departamento! Muy amplio! Enorme, en realidad! Muy cómodo, con sauna y gimnasio. El sauna es excelente y todas las comodidades también!
