What a wonderful apartment! Everything you need plus views of the city from the terrace. 5 minute walk to largest park n Barcelona, all main attrations were within 40 minute walk of apartment. Albert was extremely helpful. Would definetly want to stay here again on the next visit.

The apartment is located in a great location,close to the metro,not far from the center. Everything was fine,clean, we very much welcomed the possibility of placing the suitcase in the locker on the ground floor because we arrived early in the morning and left in the afternoon. We have no complaints. If we go to Barcelona, we will stay here again.

The accommodation is ideally located in the Eixample district. Clean, well-equipped and with a superb terrace, we had a lovely weekend there. Communication with Esther has always been easy. A very nice place to recommend in Barcelona!

Apartment was exactly as advertised. Clean with all the facilities we needed for a family of 4. Close to the beach, good restaurants and the metro was only 5 mins away. Host was easily contactable and we mainly messaged. They resolved all queries that we had. Would stay here again.

We communicated primarily with David who was very amiable and willing to lead us to the entrance to the hotel garage next to the apartment. The apartment itself is a typical city apartment, in the heart of a busy street. We had a chance to be in it over the weekend when the street was closed for traffic and hence more quiet as well as on Monday when all the hustle and bustle of city life started. We love staying downtown so it was a great experience for us. The price for the location and for five people was understandable. Thank you, David!

Large bedrooms with comfy beds. Has all the amenities you need and a nice balcony. Friendly and responsive host. Transport links and restaurants nearby.

Very good communication with Daniel, he is a responsive and accommodating host. The accommodation was clean, really good location for metro and bus and we are about 1 hour walk from the port which is not bad for people who like to walk. The -: you can hear the other residents quite a bit (above and to the side) I recommend this host, we are very happy with our stay.

The host stayed in touch with us from the moment of booking, was very responsive and then met us by the door and showed the apartment and all the amenities. We loved the place, it had all the necessities. The apartment has a beautiful terrace that could have more use during warmer months of the year. The only downside is laundry being a separate service for this Airbnb. Also the access to apartment requires walking the stairs which might be a struggle for people with mobility issues. Other than that the place was great. The location is amazing, multiple supermarkets can be found nearby, lots of cafes and easy public transport access. The checkout was also very smooth and easy!

We came with a group of 10 friends for the weekend and we had an amazing time. The property is fantastic and the host was really nice and accomodating. We used the barbecue, the kitchen, the swimming pool..etc. Everything was clean and ready to use. I would recommend Cal Ramon to every large group or family while staying near Barcelona, it is one of the best Airbnb I've been to and the price was very reasonable. When we arrived after our long flight from NY, Rosa cheerfully greeted us. We felt very welcome. She showed us around the apartment and offered great tips to help us enjoy our trip. The apartment has a hip and quirky vibe. We especially liked the outdoor space. The location was fantastic and we loved having cafe con leche and a pastry in the morning. If we ever get back to Barcelona, we would love to stay at Rosa's place.

The house is located in a neighborhood of Sant Cugat, a 5-minute walk from the ferrocaril (equivalent to a commuter train, La Floresta stop which is in fare zone 1). And in 25 minutes you are at Catalunya Square which is in the center of Barcelona. The neighborhood is quiet, residential and full of greenery. Ideal if you're traveling with a dog. Ricardo had everything planned to accommodate our four-legged friend (bowls, kennel, tennis balls, etc.). The house is on 2 floors, it is easy to live in, well-equipped. Sheets, towels, shower gel were provided and cleaning included. Ricardo is very welcoming, he speaks French. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you.

Great stay for those returning to Barcelona with a quick and responsive helpful host. The apartment itself is very spacious and includes everything you need. Would definitely return and recommend to those who have been to the city before.

Stefanie was sooo nice! Our flight was delayed and we arrived at around 1am at night and she was so helpful and flexible about it eventhough it was so late. Really appreciate that! She was so nice too and let us have the space for ourselves. Best host ever!

Enzo was a fabulous host! The apartment is spectacular! My jaw dropped when I stepped out on the veranda and saw the mighty Sagrada Família! The apartment is perfect for a small family and is very close to all the main attractions. You are lucky if you get to stay here!

This place has an unbelievable deck with a 180 degree view of the Barcelona skyline. Waking up to that view every day was spectacular! The night view of La Sagrada Familia will take your breathe away. The place is small, but very well renovated and appointed. The main bedroom also has stunning views of the city and mountains behind the property. The automated black out shades and noise proof windows make it a wonderful dark cave for a lovely siesta. The place is 8 stories up, so the lift is essential. It was down for maintenance one afternoon, but available the rest of the time. It's a tiny lift, that can really only take two people, but it is a life saver. If you can't do steps, then that would be a risk. But Barcelona has many steps, so get your butt in shape before coming! We would definitely come back to this property. Martin and his friend Martin were great!

Wonderful stay here, the house was clean and quirky, which we loved, it had everything we needed and we would definitely book to stay again.

Very well arranged accommodation with all comforts, Ideally located. The nearby park is ideal for a stay with child and dog. Finally, Sylvia is very helpful and has good advice. We will return if we return to Barcelona.
