The living room has a comfortable corner sofa that turns into a bed, satellite TV, telephone, and free Wi-Fi internet. In the living room, guests can relax after a day of sightseeing in Barcelona, share and plan new outings, or work with their computer. The large glass doors open onto a small balcony that lets in plenty of natural light. The dining table can perfectly accommodate all guests. The kitchen, which is next to the living room, is fully equipped so you can cook as if you were at home. It has a laundry area attached to the kitchen. This quiet apartment has 4 bedrooms with comfortable 80x200 latex beds. The first three each have single beds and the fourth has a double bed. All bedrooms have closets to store your belongings and space for luggage. One of the rooms has a small safe. The two beautiful bathrooms have shower units, hairdryer and towels ready for use. In addition, the master bathroom can be used as an exclusive en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom by simply locking one of the doors. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and in the hallway between the bedrooms. It also has central heating for the cold months. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most famous street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. The entire studio is for the guests to use. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one.
