Beautiful apartment in the luxury center of Barcelona, with a nice and quiet terrace to relax !!! 5 minutes from the beautiful "Paseo de Gracia" street in the arquitectonic "modernisme" neighbourhood of "Eixample!" A safe area full of restaurants and terraces. Walking distance to the most interesting visits of the city. Very well located ;) and from a few months ago there are two pedrestian streets around to enjoy: carrer girona and carrer consell de cent. Apartment with turistic licence.

Stunning apartment on city center with personal assistant and big terrace, high floor (8th floor in a 10th floor building) amazing views from the terrace, ideal to have breakfast, lunch or dinner.
