roya is a very friendly and warm hostess. she shows everything in the apartment, has tips and an open ear for questions and wishes. you feel right at home, have your own area with two rooms - a very mindful atmosphere. i am happy to come back to this bright, sunny apartment in beautiful nienstedten. thank you for the hospitality - jochen

We were super spontaneous in the accommodation and booked it from the highway. Communication was straightforward and, above all, always fast. Apartment is corresponding to the description and photos. Worth mentioning is the quite noisy staircase to the first floor. If you have to go to the toilet at night, the old stairs creak heavily - not for light sleepers. Also the fact that you share the driveway with other tenants should be considered. You have to come to terms with them, just come and go is not acceptable. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

Apartment is well equipped for a few days. Description is accurate. Great location to reach everything quickly due to the proximity of the subway. We'd love to come back any time.

We felt at home throughout the stay. You could sit in the kitchen to chat, but you were also left alone at any time and thus had your privacy. Also, the location was perfect for us. We would come back☺️

The two nights at Kerstin's were fantastic. Kerstin's accommodation is not only an Airbnb but also a cozy home, which you noticed in the room, in the area and her hospitality. Even though the location is not directly in the city, it was very accessible by public transport and since there are several shopping opportunities in the neighborhood, you are in good hands here. Kerstin is very friendly and accommodating and helped us with all our wishes. We'd love to come back. :)

Kerstin was very communicative and flexible from the beginning. Misunderstandings were quickly clarified, alternatives offered and clearly communicated. The surroundings were extremely nice and quiet, perfect if you don't necessarily want to be in the center. With S-Bahn, bus and boat you were within an hour at all important places. Breakfast was always on time and delicious and Kerstin was always open to chat a bit and gave a lot of good tips on what to look at and where there were nice corners to explore. Overall a great stay, happy to come again!

I am very glad that I was able to stay in this beautiful and clean accommodation. The place is quietly located. Walking, you are at the Elbe beach in 15 minutes. Bus line 15 provides good connections and a quick ride to Hamburg-Altona station. Thanks for the friendly & appreciative hospitality! I'd love to come back :)

Ines' Lütt Heidjer Hus is a great oasis of peace. We used the long weekend together with our dog to escape the everyday stress of the city for a few days, which we did perfectly here! Whether running in the nearby forest, or sunbathing and playing with the dog in the garden, the house and surroundings were perfect for unwinding. The house was lovingly and very modernly equipped, we didn't lack anything. Everything was also available for the four-legged friend. A nice and very quiet neighborhood. Shopping facilities are quickly accessible by bike or car. Other tips and excursion destinations for the area are available in the house. Ines is a great hostess. The contact was very warm and we already felt comfortable with the first contacts. Ines, thank you so much for letting us spend the time with you.
