Very nice accommodation, impeccably clean, modern and functional. The decoration is done with great taste, and everything is thought for comfort. Very high quality bedding, guaranteeing quiet and restful nights. Ideally located between Valkenburg and Aachen, perfect for visiting Christmas markets. Excellent welcome from hosts, warm and caring. The property also offers a hearty and delicious breakfast, as well as a wellness area that adds a touch of relaxation to the stay. A place that I highly recommend, and where I will return without hesitation!

Beautiful accommodation. All the comforts. Froukje is a nice host who always responds very quickly. Of course, we always come for the beautiful surroundings, but then a nice accommodation is always pleasant, and that is this accommodation. Recommended!

We really had a lovely stay in this airbnb. We arrived a little earlier than agreed but that was no problem at all. Upon arrival, the host was already ready to welcome us. We could indicate whether we wanted to use the jacuzzi and we got some nice tips and options for the area. The airbnb itself was clean and fully furnished with luxury. From jacuzzi (with starry sky) to spacious sauna, fire bowl, 2 bathrooms, 2 refrigerators/freezer etc! Actually, everything described in the listing is correct. There was even a canopy on the 2nd terrace with a large television underneath, so you could also watch TV outside in the evening. The beds were neatly made, towels and toilet paper were available everywhere, and things like a first aid kit, extra blankets, etc. were also present. The contact went pleasantly via the host, but also Belvilla itself was easily accessible via the airbnb app. 5 stars! if we go to south Limburg again we will come back!

Very nice location - close to Valkenburg, good to reach, parking lot - what I was looking for.

Staying with Jennifer and Joon and their family was wonderful. The apartment exceeded expectations, everything was really thought of. Many little things that made the stay very relaxing for my mother and me. Since summer took a short break, the sauna adjacent to the private courtyard was also wonderful. Jennifer and Joon were always approachable and responded immediately. The location in the border triangle is as described, everything is very easy to reach. By car anyway, parking is not a problem, but also by bus to Maastricht or Aachen is not a problem. Vaals is a nice place with shopping, small cafes and restaurants. There was nothing missing - time flew by - I'd come back anytime!

Friendly welcome. Had a neat explanation about the accommodation. Only a pity that 2 days in advance the pump of the jacuzzi broke. Worth booking again.

We had a nice stay at this vacation home. The spacious living room, lovely large garden and jacuzzi were a luxury. However, it is good to know that there is a train track running right past the house, where trains regularly run along. We didn't find this disturbing.

My boyfriend and I arrived on Friday afternoon and were immediately warmly greeted by Nannet. She showed us everything and then let us go on our vacation. the accommodation is very playful and lovingly furnished, which we really liked. We like to cook and despite the small kitchenette, we managed to eat well there. as a couple, the closet bed is recommended, as the other bed consists of two singles. But we didn't mind at all. We were also allowed to use the great garden and sauna one evening, which was really fantastic. Nannet even provided us with extra snacks and the most delicious drinks... there was also homemade elderberry syrup. :) All in all, the hospitality of her and her son was outstanding and made us very welcome to come back there again.

Beautiful surroundings, swimming pool nearby for the hot days was definitely pleasant. Beds were not super comfortable but no problem for a week. Yvonne responds very quickly with everything, we had after a few days that the sliding door went very smoothly. After reporting, she came to fix this the day after. Super fast and friendly! Had a nice holiday.

After we had already had very pleasant contact with Marco a few times, our stay started in the stop. We picked up the key in Chateau St Gerlach (beautiful location) and 2 minutes away is the stop. We have not been bothered by the trains, just benefit because you are in Maastricht or Valkenburg in no time. We celebrated New Year's Eve very successful. the house has 2 great bedrooms, the loft is actually only for children. So perfect for our company. Kitchen has plenty of stuff to make some food. The garden is large, but little used by us due to the weather. Showering is a bit haned if you don't want to wet everything. Nice to rent something other than a standard cottage. The trains that pass by have an appeal to the children, but still plenty of privacy. Oh, the kids thought the WiFi was slow, nice time to get off those screens;)

Lovely cottage, immediately gives you a holiday feeling. Jasper responded to questions immediately. There are a lot of different options for getaways in the neighborhood.

Very suitable for families with children, several small playgrounds nearby. Since we arrived late, we called. Communication was friendly and we were immediately helped and the later check-in was organized without problems. We will be happy to return.

It was a luxury and style full home with lots of privacy. The beds slept wonderfully. The cottage was equipped with all the comforts. Especially the shower with infrared sauna and steam cabin was really nice.

François took great care of it. He is friendly and always available. Before arriving, he even asked if we had any special requests. The accommodation is great and you can quickly reach Valkenburg or Maastricht by car. Valkenburg also on foot. The property is highly recommended. A really cozy house. There was nothing missing.
