A lovely cottage for two, warm and cozy also in January when it is missing and raining. Windows and views all around, walking from the house, and quiet. And of course clean and everything you need.

Liesbeth and Ge are very warm people. The accommodation is authentic and cozy. Very nice atmosphere in the middle of the hiking trails of t Geuldal. We have enjoyed together with our adult children. Bert & Linda

We really had a lovely stay in this airbnb. We arrived a little earlier than agreed but that was no problem at all. Upon arrival, the host was already ready to welcome us. We could indicate whether we wanted to use the jacuzzi and we got some nice tips and options for the area. The airbnb itself was clean and fully furnished with luxury. From jacuzzi (with starry sky) to spacious sauna, fire bowl, 2 bathrooms, 2 refrigerators/freezer etc! Actually, everything described in the listing is correct. There was even a canopy on the 2nd terrace with a large television underneath, so you could also watch TV outside in the evening. The beds were neatly made, towels and toilet paper were available everywhere, and things like a first aid kit, extra blankets, etc. were also present. The contact went pleasantly via the host, but also Belvilla itself was easily accessible via the airbnb app. 5 stars! if we go to south Limburg again we will come back!

A great stay in a nice and modern apartment. Top location!

Good location of the house, everything can be reached quickly by car. The house is very nicely furnished and contains everything you need. The garden is very nice and good for relaxing with the hot tub. The communication with Shirley was always positive. Shirley is very welcoming.

Fantastic property for exploring Maastricht and Valkenburg. Private and larger than the pictures depict- we were pleasantly surprised. Train station less than 1k away. Hot tub and sauna were perfect! Hosts are responsive and polite. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely week in south Limburg with Elena and her family. Received with a nice present, thank you for that! A warm, cozy and cozy cottage with lots of privacy and beautiful pieces for walking. Highly recommended and we'll be happy to come back. Thank you for hospitality!!

This Airbnb is amazing. Our hosts Rob and his partner were extremely friendly and helpful. Rob also helped us with hiking recommendations. When we arrived they had already put on some candles, and there was a very tasty cake as well! This was a first! We had a great time there. The Airbnb was clean and well equipped. And there are sheep and chicken in the backyard, which we thought was lovely. All in all we can really recommend this host and this particular listing!

Enjoyed our stay at Laura and Jeroen's apartment. Just parked up the car as easy walking access across the border to Belgium and into Maastricht centre, approx 45 minutes, for a nice meal and a drink. Bikes there to use but our little dog would not have been able to keep up!!! Very good facilities, very clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Thank you very much.

Our family had a lovely stay in Saskia's cozy cottage!! The place is clean and comfortable. There was a mix up on my part as I did not read in the description that I needed to organize linens and towels ahead of time as the rental of them is extra, but she responded quickly and brought over the linens shortly after that. We would definitely stay here again!

An amazing place to stay at

This is a great place and a beautiful setting. We have just moved to the Netherlands from the US. From the local villages to the castles… Incredible way to introduce my wife and the kids to their new home.

Nice park for a vacation. The swimming pool is a plus. Quiet place.

Great location, inside a resort. Private and clean, good for groups wanting to explore nature or visit Masstricht etc. Resort staff were friendly.

This place is something special. It was way better than I expected. The lake, the garden, the studio, are just breath taking. If you need some peace and nature, but still want a bit of luxury this is your place. 10/10. Pauline was also an amazing host, very friendly, welcoming and available. Loved this place so much that I will be coming again.
