The newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment with fantastic, unobstructed mountain views of Alpspitze and the Zugspitze massif offers plenty of space for a relaxing vacation in the mountains on 60 square meters and is the perfect place for couples, a small family or friends up to 4 people. The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. The cable cars can be reached in just a few minutes.

We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.
