The place is good and has everything you need. It's perfect for the mid season, but the clairaudient walls could be too noisy during peak season. Parking is good. The sauna and pool were closed due to revision, which we knew. The location on the second floor is a little displayed against pedestrians. The value is good. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay! Located in a very nice and quiet location – perfect for relaxing. We were particularly impressed by the superbly equipped kitchen, where nothing was missing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. A highlight was the sauna, which you can use once during a three-day stay – a great way to relax after a hike. The welcome was very warm, and we got a lot of helpful information about the surrounding area, hiking trails and climbing opportunities. A slightly later check-out and an earlier check-in would be nice to make the stay a little more relaxed. Overall, however, a completely successful stay – we will be happy to come back☺️

We felt very comfortable. Everything we needed for a week's stay was there. The apartment was tastefully decorated and it was very quiet despite being close to the train station. Everything was within walking distance and we will definitely be back.

Very friendly hostess, lots of tips on the area and for skiing on arrival. Apartment wonderfully spacious and bright, and everything very clean. Equipped with anything you might need. Despite having 2 floors above us that were both in use, we did not hear from our neighbors. Location is in quiet street, 25 minutes walk from the center. Unobstructed view from the living room. Hostess responded quickly to our messages. When I broke the coffee pot, and reported it, another device was ready an hour later. Very thoughtful! Of course I reimbursed the jug. In short: very satisfied. We would love to come back here again!

The apartment is very clean. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. Angela is always available and very nice. Many beautiful ski resorts are nearby.

We recommend the place to everyone. Looks like the pictures. Very modern apartment. Lidl and Edeka are right outside the front door and all other excursion destinations, such as the toboggan run, swimming pool and hiking trails can be reached in 10 minutes by car. We will be happy to come back.

It was all to our satisfaction. We had a lovely stay, the apartment was great and equipped with everything you might need. The path to the ski bus and supermarket was very short. Hosts were always easily accessible and helpful. I'd love to come back :)

We were on a family trip, with 8 adults, many children and a small dog to visit. Everything worked out great, everything as described and Janin is super helpful and committed. We had baby cribs and seats and everything was great with the dogs too. The location is also great, with beautiful views, large garden and lots of fun for everyone. If I had to find something negative, it would only be the walk through a long hallway into the house, which is a bit tedious with full hands, and thus also the walk from the kitchen to the terrace is long. :-) We had a great weekend

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

Great place to stay!!

The accommodation more than met all expectations!! Good location in the district of Partenkirchen as a starting point for various hiking tours and also not too far from the town center.

Everyone was totally impressed by the place and we are already considering coming back next year. Stylish decor, plenty of space, great views, beautiful rooms and sauna and pool to cool off. Also for cooking, there was all the equipment you could wish for. We are very satisfied! *****

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

It was a really nice experience. We enjoyed it and the kids loved their rooms and the special gift from Petra :) thank you.

The apartment is very clean and modern. We felt right at home. Jade and Ingo are great, likeable hosts. For us and our dogs, the garden and the proximity to the forest/proximity to the hiking trails were optimal. Shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. All in all we had a very nice, relaxed stay and will certainly be very happy to come back.

Christina and Ernst were wonderful hosts. The apartment is amazing and has everything you would need. The Spa service was so good we used it every night. Highly recommend staying here if there is availability

The apartment was wonderfully modern. In the kitchen/living room and bathroom are smart speakers who have done good services. We felt "at home" as they say. If you like it quiet, this is definitely the place to be.

An extremely clean and modern apartment. We chose it as we intended to bring our dog and it had a safe, fenced garden. The kitchen was well kitted out and some drinks awaited us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Instructions re check in etc were clear. Although with road works etc it was a little more complicated to find the property than expected. It might help to have an English option of instructions in the apt as everything was in German. A little folder of guest info would also be helpful too - local restaurants, attractions etc. There was a mini-market close by, and a playground, which we discovered by chance. The only issue we had in an overall lovely stay was the bedding. A heavier duvet would have been appreciated. The pillows (only 2) were small and very uncomfortable, more like small flat cushions. The sofa bed was not prepared in advance and bedding minimal. For an expensive apt out of the city I would have expected this to be better. Still a nice apt and good base!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

We were able to spend wonderful 4 days in Sabine's lovingly furnished apartment, enjoying the comfort and the wonderful view of the snow-covered garden and the unique excursion destinations. Sabine is an extremely friendly and helpful hostess. We can only recommend a stay in her apartment.
