Unsere gepflegte Ferienwohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage im Talkessel Reutte, inmitten der Tourismusregion Ausserfern/Tirol. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist Teil eines Einfamilienhauses welches wir als Familie bewohnen, ist jedoch vollständig abgetrennt mit eigenem Eingang. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen, Bad mit WC/ Badewanne/Waschmaschine/Trockner, sowie der Wohnküche mit TV und Bettsofa für weitere 2 Pers. Eigene kostenfreie PP direkt am Haus + Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Geniesse deine Auszeit in dieser schönen und gemütlichen Wohnung mit Traumblick auf den Grünten und die Allgäuer Berge. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mitten im Oberallgäu, mit vielen Skigebieten, Langlaufloipen, Wanderwegen, Badeseen, Rennradstrecken und Mountainbiketrails vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung hat eine Fussbodenheizung, schnelles WLAN, ein Schlafsofa, ist geräumig mit topmoderner Ausstattung und Parkplatz. Auf Wunsch auch Brezel- und Semmellieferung.

Romantische Gartenwohnung am Wildbach Halblech

Das liebevoll eingerichtete, lichtdurchflutete Appartement mit eigenem Hauseingang vom Garten aus ist in einem Siedlungshaus am Halblech gelegen. Es ist 43 qm groß, Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind nicht durch eine Türe getrennt. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Paare oder Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Ein Doppelbett, 180 x 200, und eine Schlafcouch 140 x 195 bieten ausreichend Platz. Die kleine Kochnische ist mit Induktions-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank und Spüle ausgestattet.

Das im Jahr 2022 fertiggestellte Ferienhaus Sunshine lädt im Apartment Spirit of Deer zur Entspannung und Erholung auf höchstem Niveau ein. Das Apartment zeichnet sich durch einen hohen Ausstattungsstandard, viel Platz und eine angenehme harmonische Atmosphäre in einer bevorzugten Lage aus. Die Fußgängerzone ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Garagenstellplatz steht den Gästen jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Zum traumhaften Ausblick

Diese Altbauwohnung wurde von mir frisch und liebevoll renoviert und bietet einen unvergesslichen, unverbauten Ausblick mit Südbalkon. Ich bin mir sicher, Sie werden meine Heimat lieben wie ich. Wanderungen oder Radtouren können direkt vor der Haustür starten, und auch die Skipisten sind nur eine große Wiese entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur ca. 200 m entfernt. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es einen großen Fernseher mit Netflix und schnelles WLAN.
