The underfloor heating and a ventilation system ensure well-being. Custom kitchen from the kitchen manufacturer, fast Wi-Fi and a large TV complete the package.

Located on the edge of the "Schönbuch Nature Park". Ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, eating, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. A pellet stove and radiators provide cosy warmth in winter.
