The 22 square meter apartment is in our house in the basement, has its own entrance with a small terrace and its own grill and fireplace. The apartment is excellently designed for long-term stays. Please read everything under "Your accommodation" and "Other relevant information"! The garden and terrace can also be used. Mattsies is also in a quiet area surrounded by meadows and forests.

Through an extensive hallway you reach all 3 bedrooms as well as the large kitchen-living room that can accommodate 6 people, from there you reach a large south-facing balcony . In addition, there is a living room with a nice seating area from where you can access the balcony to the east. The big bathroom has a bath, shower and a sink, the toilet is separate.
