This double farmhouse dates from the 17th century. A beautiful holiday home of more than 100m2 has recently been built in the front house behind the barn doors. All facilities are located on the ground floor. Such as a spacious sitting area with views of the West-Frisian Circular Dyke, a cooking island and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower. There is a garden with a terrace. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Between Westfriesche omringdijk and Zee is the small rural village of Burgerbrug. At the back of the barn is a cozy apartment where you can relax wonderfully. The area is beautiful. There is no breakfast service. However, there is a fridge, combi microwave and 2-burner induction cooktop. TV in the bedroom is for streaming only. Private shower and toilet. The Lodge is carefully and attractively finished for a relaxing stay. However, the Lodge also facilitates plenty of opportunities for socializing indoors and outdoors. Such as a spacious patio for BBQ and fire basket. You have ample private parking. In the shared garden, there is playground equipment.

The Island

Forget your worries in this spacious, comfortable and serene space. Through the entrance you enter the living room with open kitchen, separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Washing machine is available. You have the choice of the small bedroom downstairs with cozy box spring or the large bedroom upstairs also with box spring. The terrace is furnished with a patio table and patio chairs.

't Achterend is a beautiful guest house in our North Holland farm, rural, located in the village of Stroet, close to the sea and forest... Unfortunately, our apartment is not suitable for children, due to a ditch on the premises. It is also possible to rent electric bicycles! (15 per bicycle per day) Direct WiFi connection for working from home.
