The local transit is one block away. Please note: Unit has a pick-a-boo water views from the front door, and is on top 3rd floor REQUIRING 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS - NO elevator. NO PETS.

Everything sanitized/cleaned/UV air cleaner between guests and electronic air filter as well. Close to the Edmonds ferry, this daylight basement space with a view of the Puget Sound is light and airy, with a full fireplace, living room, separate bedroom, full bath, washer and dryer, private patio & firepit, small "kitchen" area with limited cooking equipment, and private separate entrance. Within walking distance to shops, and restaurants (.75 miles downhill - all uphill on the way back).

Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard.
