Walk to FIFTH at Stephenson Park area (2 min walk) to find pizza, cafes, coffee, ramen, shopping, & ice cream, Downtown Edmond (10min walk), UCO (5-10 min walk). There are many restaurants, bars, grocery store (Sprouts), shopping downtown (with a 1 to 10 min walk) and TWO parks. Let us be your home away from home!

This is a quiet neighborhood with NOT a lot of traffic. It is very unique, considering how many businesses of interest are nearby. These businesses include iFly, TopGolf, Main Event, Quail Springs Mall, and dozens of fine restaurants across the highway in the Chisholm Creek district. These are all within 1-3 miles, either by main streets or the turnpike... I have nice neighbors who look out for each other. There are absolutely no parties to be thrown on this property.

The cottage has a view of our vineyard and windmill from the cottage porch and is next to our private estate winery. Enjoy the pond and the fountain from sitting on the deck of the pond. The cottage has its own grill if you choose to cook out. Guest may stroll through the vineyard or watch a sunset from the dock at the pond. We have fish food to feed the fish.
