a beautiful home, lovely quiet residential area and nice neighbours. We had a very enjoyable stay - the house has everyone one needs, it's clean, and we appreciated access to the garden. Good communication with hosts - prompt and helpful. The area is quiet, parks and canal nearby, good shops.

The apartment was clean and in a great location for exploring Edinburgh on foot. Bus and tram stations are close by as well. The apartment had everything we needed for a weeks stay and we would definitely stay here again. It is above a bar and located on a pretty lively street. This did not bother us, but if you are a light sleeper you may want ear plugs.

My experience with David was a positive one right from booking. I needed to change one of the dates and he helped me swiftly and graciously. He was very welcoming and made my daughter and I feel at home. He had croissants and juice waiting for us in the kitchen which was a kind and hospitable touch. David was helpful by providing us the numbers of the buses we could get on to go back and forth into the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay with David very much! We’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Edinburgh.

Paul was an excellent host. He was very responsive and was ready to help at a moments notice. He was also very accommodative. The property was amazing and was very close to the city. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
