Cozy is the best way to describe the Studio. I felt right at home and it’s a perfect home base to explore Edinburgh. I also appreciated the laundry service - I was able to pack light because you f this! As a solo traveler, I felt very safe here and Joanne and Scott are great hosts. 💚

It was an amazing stay at your place. A tiny little house with everything that we need for a short stay. We loved the place so much. It was cozy, peaceful and spacious for two people. Thank you.

Perfect! The Wee Glasshouse is the place to stay if you want a beautiful scenery, a good location and most importantly, a super well-equipped accommodation. So much so that you’ll be tempted to just stay home and forget about Edinburgh on the rainy days. Alan has also been an amazing host and we felt right at home from the start, he’s a professional! He has obviously spent a lot of time & effort in making everything easy for guests and I’m appreciative of the lengths he had went. This is truly a rare find and it’s a shame we only had 2 nights, we would’ve loved to stay a lot longer!

Lovely room! The pictures don’t do it justice, it was spotlessly clean and we received breakfast bags each morning! The host was very thoughtful and we had everything we could need! The location was perfect, and being able to leave our bags after checkout was very useful. Check in was easy and straight forward, would definitely recommend! Thank you for a lovely trip!

Comfortable, clean room in a good location by the local bus routes. Everything was clean and Louise is very helpful, kind and responsive host.

Lovely stay away, not too far from Edinburgh centre. There are great views around to see for miles! There is also a Bus Park And Ride too for easy access approximately a 6 minute drive away which takes you right into Edinburgh. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay!

Honestly could not recommend this place enough, to start Gayle let us know that it was ready early if needed, easy instructions on how to get inside, the place has everything you’ll need, plates cups and cutlery, a fridge, microwave kettle etc. Inside the home is instructions on where to put rubbish etc which is always swiftly collected from the box outside, Bathroom is perfect with great shower pressure and the heating is fab. Local taxi numbers provided and local restaurant menus, even some sleep spray in the drawers!! The place is very homely and has absolutely everything you’ll need, upon entry we had some robes slippers and even some little chocolates provided which was nice. We also were given some breakfast items, biscuits and water. Gayle checked in after our first night to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything, honestly 10/10 can’t fault it!! The room is also bigger than we expected! Would recommend and would love to return if in the area :)

a lovely renovated mansion in a peaceful village. perfect for walks and getting away from it all. Len was very friendly and responsive. he kindly let us check in very early Room was well appointed with somw personal touches and very clean with a huge bathroom. We were were in the attic room with a small window and a lot of stairs to get up there which was d fine for us .. kept us fit. if you prefer garden views and less stairs you may like to choose the downstairs room.

Dankzij Jennys duidelijke instructies was de locatie goed te vinden en makkelijk binnen te komen. Het was een schattig en landelijk huisje met als geweldige toevoeging: de huttub. We hebben heerlijk genoten. De host was niet heel aanwezig maar supervriendelijk bij het tegenkomen en reageerde snel op vragen. We waande ons even helemaal in het landleven. Het is dichtbij de grote stad dus hebben ook een aantal uitstapjes gemaakt naar Edinburgh. Bedankt voor deze fijne tijd.

Amazing place so good to get away from the city plenty places to walk

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sarah. Elle et sa famille nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement. Le studio est très propre et confortable. Nous étions un famille de 3 et un lit amovible était prévu pour notre fils. Tout était parfait. Pour visiter Edimbourg, nous n'avons pas utilisé le train (la gare est à 20 min à pied de l'appartement et il y a un train toutes les heures). Nous avons preferé le bus, juste à côté de la maison: certes le trajet etait long -1h de trajet- mais les horaires étaient plus flexibles. Sarah est vraiment une hôte très agréable et arrangeante. Nous reconnandons cette adresse pour visiter Edimbourg et ses environs!

Lovely peaceful place. close enough to the airport and tram stop to town nearby too. Clean and comfortable with a lovely terrace to the rear looking out across fields. Excellent communication from Monica and Karim for finding the property and getting in. Would happily stay again.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this studio apartment. It is situated in a peaceful area with greenery all around and is a safe neighbourhood to go for long walks. The basketball ring is a great addition as well. The room is very nice, cozy and clean with free Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing place that’s away from all the hustle & bustle of the city area. You can see deers and wildlife running and jumping around. The neighbours in the area are also very friendly. Moreover, the pictures don’t do justice to this place - it is even more beautiful in reality. Lastly, both the hosts, especially Monica, are very welcoming and amazing - they made sure all our needs were catered to and made our month’s long stay super relaxing and pleasant. Felt like a home away from home :)

We cannot recommend this place enough. From the warm welcome we received from Patrick and his family, to the clean and cozy guest house, to the gorgeous country views right outside the window. Patrick and Katy were so responsive to every question we had and so attentive to the little details inside the house that made it really feel like a home. My fiance and I loved wandering the trails around the house as well as the short drive into town where all of the recommendations they left for us made it so easy to plan our days in Scotland. It could not have been an easier or more pleasant stay and we will definitely be back!

The room was tidy and furnished with antiques. A very tastefully Victorian house with all modern facilities. We had only time for one night, it would be a place for a longer stay. The house is central to the Downtown of Dumfernline and a good place for visiting Edinburgh. The Host Michael is very friendly and had a lot of tips for visiting the town. Perfect!

Really beautiful place and honestly easy to get in and out of even without a car! There is a bus and although it’s not frequent it is reliable if you just make sure to plan ☺️ Leo was very friendly and kind and so accommodating. I will highlight what someone else mentioned: unfortunately the WIFI isn’t the best and there’s no signal because of the location so if you’re planning on working remotely while staying here, would make sure you keep that in mind. Other than that, loved our stay here!

Jessica was an incredible host! Super welcoming, great recommendations and excellent communication. We loved staying here, easy walk into town. I would most definitely recommend!
