Awesome Airbnb. Very good quality. Good comfy living room with good tv. Well stocked bathroom and kitchen. Nice beds. I have no complaints. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a relaxing time staying at this wonderful place for two nights. The house has plenty of space, was well-stocked and was quite peaceful. We particularly enjoyed having coffee and breakfast on the back deck, where it seems you’re the only people in the world. The basketball court, swings and lovely sitting area by the pond were also a huge bonus in this space. There were multiple MASSIVE catfish and cute little fishies to feed and watch, which made it that much more special. Thanks for a great wonderful getaway!

This is our second stay in two months. The home is so conveniently located, and there are at least 3 great restaurants within a few blocks. The master bathroom has two sinks and a very good shower with sliding glass door. There is an ample supply of very nice towels and adequate space to hang them. There is a huge walk-in closet with a good shelf for luggage adjacent to the master bedroom. We appreciated the availability of facial tissue in bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. The kitchen includes a great coffeemaker which can accomodate either ground coffee with a filter or Keurig cups. The toaster and microwave are good, too. The kitchen appliances are spotless. The washer and dryer in the laundry room are terrific, and Tide liquid is available to use when one uses the washer. The team which manages this home are very responsive, answering any questions very quickly. They are a good team!

My husband and I are incredibly thankful for Duc’s accommodations and his kindness during our stay. Duc was a great communicator and very proactive when we needed help with something. The home is peaceful, comfortable, and well- stocked with all you may need for a short or extended stay, especially for coffee drinkers! There is a park across the street which was perfect for our little one who loves swinging. There was a sidewalk through the town which made for pleasant, safe walks. Several sports bars/river-themed restaurants along the main road. We recommend 3rd Chute’s Horseshoe dish and Grafton Oyster Bar’s red beans and rice! Short drive to STL and other towns in IL which have Walmarts and Schnucks for any additional needs you may have. Will absolutely stay again if we find ourselves in Grafton in the future!

My family rented the house for a couple of days for a quick family reunion. The house was great, had plenty of space for all of us. It had everything you could need and was well equipped. We are hoping to make this an annual event and this is our house of choice.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Big Oak. Marnie and Brian were waiting for us in their Gator when we arrived and greeted us like old friends. As a mom of a leash reactive pittie mix, I reached out to Marnie and Brian before we booked to confirm that there would in fact be no other dogs around and if there was, they would be leashed. They were both very understanding, honest and responsive when I made these inquiries. The Cabin itself is so stocked its insane. Anything you think you might need, they provide it. Olive oil, salt, heater, dog towels, tampons, toaster oven, home made cookies, coffee. They just really want you to feel at home and you DO. They also have it stocked with chilling out activities... things like games, music, DVDs, a full bird-feeder to watch birds, a scavenger hunt. The land is really well taken care of and beautiful. We enjoyed hiking the trails and taking in the sights. Our dogs had the time of their lives. We cannot wait to go back.. We already booked!

The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels, soft sheets, and he provided a binder of local recommendations. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. My son enjoyed fishing off the deck. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home away from home. Thank you for a great experience!
