We enjoyed our stay at Kristin’s place! It was a great retreat from the chaos of a wedding weekend in Decatur. Everything was exactly as described, and our pups had a great time, too!

The atrium that was atrached to the front entrance was so inviting with plants and a place to sit and have coffee. The room was beautifully decorated and extremely clean and comfortable bed. Nice shower and had a,microwave and small fridge. We had a driveway available to us for parking right in front. Very quiet and inviting. I would stay there again when I go home to visit family and friends. Thanks for your hospitality Barbara.

The Nest is super roomy and comfortable. It was a bummer that the walk-in shower was unusable, since my mom is disabled and it would've been easier for her to use...also, of note, there are 25 stairs leading up to the unit. If I were the host, I would clean all the spills, fur and dirt off the white steps because that is the guest's first impression of the rental, but it probably isn't owned by the host and therefore not their responsibility. It always makes me happy when there's a full length mirror and full-size freezer and fridge to use, so kudos for that! Also, if you're a fan-person, might want to bring your own fan.

I recently had the pleasure of staying for a night and it was absolutely phenomenal. The private location offered a serene and peaceful atmosphere, complemented by stunning views. A unique highlight was the presence of beautiful horses, adding a charming, picturesque touch to my brief stay. The host was exceptionally responsive, communicative, and genuinely friendly, ensuring my short visit was both comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made me feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable getaway, even if just for a night. It’s the perfect blend of natural beauty and outstanding hospitality.

This is a great option in Taylorville - close to everything we needed during our time in town. Comfortable and clean place, decorated so nicely. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow, nice bright lighting over the entry door. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials (cookware, utensils, cups, plates, etc.)

Theh Haffner house is directly across the street from our childhood home so we know the neighborhood well and enjoyed being back. The house is cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed along with some wonderful history Kelly's aunt and uncle who were our neighbors growing up. Love staying there and look forward to staying again .

Teresa’s place was very cute and clean. It was exactly as described, and our check-in and stay could not have been easier. We had no problems at all and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again!

My husband and I grew up in Taylorville so having somewhere local to stay to visit family especially having small children is so important…this place was amazing. I reached out to David prior to booking to see if the house had a pack n play available so we’d know what to bring and they went out and bought one so we’d didn’t have to bring it. The renovation on the house was clearly done with love and care and makes the house the cutest on the block. Thank you for having us! We will definitely be back!
