Alte Pfarre was about as ideal as an airbnb can be. Spotless, spacious, and ideally located, the gracious welcome from Wolfgang and Simone made the airbnb far more homey than usual. Alte Pfarre was a perfect home base for our three days/four nights of local exploration. Also, we enjoyed spending time at the airbnb as a family rather than just using the location as a place to sleep. We cooked together, sat around, and enjoyed the 1600s ambience (with amenities of 2025). And if anyone is a runner, the back roads and paths around Gudensberg will give grin after grin - the running terrain and views are that good.

Friendly and uncomplicated hostess. Check-in super easy and flexible. Furnishings and location are great. Glad to come back

We loved our stay! Wish we could’ve spent more time. The village is beautiful and it was fun to see the ponies the next day! Thank you Alex and Jochen for a lovely stay and for the fresh eggs and marmalade for breakfast! We had a great time. :)
