The apartment has a simply stunning view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also great, with easy access to the main tourist attractions. However, the bathroom could be better taken care of. Although it was functional, some details could be improved, such as the finish. Overall, the experience was positive and would recommend the property, especially for the incredible view.

Our accommodation was excellent! The house is comfortable, very good the location. Very pleasant environment with a lovely garden! My mother is special, she is in a wheelchair and we take a walk with her around because the neighborhood is very quiet. It is not everywhere that a special person has room, to walk a chair through the streets. The neighborhood's infrastructure is excellent. Mônica was very kind and attentive, and Lucélia welcomed us very well!

Our stay was excellent. The house is beautiful and clean, with all the utensils we need. A super attentive Rosângela and you have all your doubts. The place is also very quiet. Air-conditioned rooms with a double bed, all of them were very comfortable. The house and foot in the sand, left the gate is already on the beach. The tbm location is otima, has a market and bakery nearby. We love it and we are definitely going back.

Márcio (host) was always very helpful, always answering my questions about the house and was very flexible about the time of entry into the house. The house is super airy, totally clean, organized, with ventilation in the bedrooms, kitchen and living room, all equipment working perfectly. For those who like to cook, you will love❣️ the kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, which is a great advantage for those who like to cook. Mattresses in perfect condition. My family and I loved Ivete's house. She was very kind, helpful and understood that we would need a late checkout due to work hours and she was able to flex what we helped a lot. We love the place, clean, beautiful, very neat beds, clean bed clothes, all in good condition. The apartment holds well 4 people, the bathrooms are great, wonderful shower with plenty of pressure. The only point of improvement I have to talk about the bathrooms, it's about having large mirrors inside the box, I don't think I would need to. Finally, we will be back for sure. The location of the building is great being right in the middle of the beaches Enseada and Pitangueiras. The apartment is very cozy and with a beautiful view. It was a very relaxing stay.

Roberta was very attentive before, during, and after our stay. The House is exactly as described, facing the beach, newly renovated and clean. We had a little unforeseen with the front door of the house, which was jammed, and the wi-fi signal was not the best, but nothing that impacted our stay. The beach is a few meters from the entrance of the house and has three or four restaurants serving lunch, portions and drinks throughout the day. Local commerce is quite limited, it is recommended to take with you the groceries you intend to use, as well as repellent.

We had a lovely 2-night stay at Rosa’s beautiful villa! The place was cozy, relaxing, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The warm pool and jacuzzi were definite highlights – especially the jacuzzi in the evening. When we had a small issue with it, Rosa was incredibly attentive and made sure it was up and running again quickly. Rosa made us feel welcome and cared for. The villa was very clean and well-kept, with a spacious and modern kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning worked great throughout the house, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was very safe and secure, and just a short walk or drive to the beach and nearby supermarkets, which made everything super convenient. Thank you, Rosa, for being such a great host. We'd definitely love to come back.

The house is practically on the sand of the beach, Mr Wadner and Mr Manoel who takes care of the Tbm house always very welcoming and polite. Anyway, for those who are in doubt they do not have, the house is exactly as in the listing and our experience was very good in this place! I highly recommend it to everyone!!
