The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: beautiful, clean and super organized. The building is listed — a real find for architecture lovers. For this reason, the balcony doors are original and do not completely block out external noise. This didn't bother me, but it may be a point of attention for those who are light sleepers. Life there is enchanting, and the swing on the balcony gives a special charm to the experience. I recommend exploring the restaurants in the area, which are amazing — especially REVO, which is on the back street.

This is the second time I've stayed in this same place! Best location in Guarujá for those who want tranquility, few people on the beach, in addition to the space and the pool of the condominium being fantastic with a beautiful view! Flavio is super attentive and calm, I'll be back more often.

The stay was great, as were the guidelines from the host Daniel. Nearby markets, gas stations, gyms and restaurants as well. A single addendum about the negative points was the bad smell in the bedding, the sofa that had some stains of past dirt and the curtains, because they were not blackout, it was very bright inside the studio in the morning. Still, we would return to the studio in the future.

Get ready to leave this place wanting to live there. What a wonderful apartment. What an amazing view! Breathtaking and makes anyone forget any problems and just feel, enjoy and savor. This apartment is one of the best Airbnbs I've ever experienced. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to get back.

We've stayed in the area in hotels and Airbnbs before, but this was the best so far. Clean, organized, well-located place, close to a market that has everything, easy access to the cove beach and other beaches, gas station and with a good playground for children. I recommend it!

My Daughter (3 years), my wife and I stayed for 5 nights. It was a very pleasant stay. We are very pleased with the apartment. We found the apartment the way we had seen in the pictures. The apartment was super well equipped and we found many useful things for the beach stay. The instructions given for check-in and check-out were very clear. Communication with Elicia/Erick was quick, friendly and sociable. The communication and help from Elias (Caretaker) and Simone during our stay, however, was super convenient and pleasant. The location of the condominium - during the week - was very quiet and we felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Ste was wonderful in everything! Our stay was excellent and the concierge staff were attentive and polite. The space is cozy, fragrant and everything is very clean, I needed to work from there and the wifi worked very well throughout the day. I intend to return soon ❤️
