The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

We rented the house to go to a nearby wedding and we were 10 people, the house is very large, the space accommodated everyone, the space was clean, organized, in the kitchen there were all the utensils, from large pots to forms, mixer, blender, we didn't need to bring anything from home, very complete. The rooms are well distributed, all being suites, very easy check-in, the stay was very peaceful and as everyone commented on the trip, it's a house that makes you happy to rent, if we go to Guarujá again, it's definitely where we'll stay. We thank the hosts for responding quickly, as I sent a message before leaving the house asking if there was a large pot to make food for 10 people and he responded immediately, helping in that regard. They were kind enough to leave toilet paper in the bathrooms, in the kitchen there was also a napkin, toothpick, things that in other stays I didn't have, the house has excellent security, the pool and barbecue were clean Finally, you can rent without fear

Wow, without words, this is the third time I've been to the house in Marcos and once again I was very pleased with all the care and attention I received not only from Marcos, but also from Thiago and his mother. The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

What a joy to be able to return to this apartment! My second experience was as amazing as the first, if not better. The attention to detail is remarkable, especially the impeccable cleanliness of the entire space. I was impressed by the perfection of the windows in the bedrooms and the balcony, without any stains at all.

We've stayed in the area in hotels and Airbnbs before, but this was the best so far. Clean, organized, well-located place, close to a market that has everything, easy access to the cove beach and other beaches, gas station and with a good playground for children. I recommend it!

The experience was surreal, the view of the spread and all the comfort it offers is impressive, we don't need sunny days to enjoy the accommodation a lot! My Daughter (3 years), my wife and I stayed for 5 nights. It was a very pleasant stay. We are very pleased with the apartment. We found the apartment the way we had seen in the pictures. The apartment was super well equipped and we found many useful things for the beach stay. The instructions given for check-in and check-out were very clear. Communication with Elicia/Erick was quick, friendly and sociable. The communication and help from Elias (Caretaker) and Simone during our stay, however, was super convenient and pleasant. The location of the condominium - during the week - was very quiet and we felt very safe in the neighborhood.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Easy location and easy access to the beach. The host Marcelo was very kind and ready to answer. All the staff of the building very kind and helpful. We will return again and again for sure.

The location is close to markets, restaurants and bars, not to mention that it is very close to the beach, which makes it very easy.
