Wow, without words, this is the third time I've been to the house in Marcos and once again I was very pleased with all the care and attention I received not only from Marcos, but also from Thiago and his mother. Without a doubt, I recommend this space to everyone, you won't regret it. Complete house, with everything you need. Thanks again Marcos and Thiago for once again making my family's stay exceptional.

The co-host and the housekeeper were super attentive, the house was clean and organized, with sheets and towels washed, and it was just like the photos. We intend to return soon.

The stay was great! The apartment in general was completely impeccable, it matched the listing, everything was in the best condition. Communication and reception were the differential. We really liked it and we intend to return next year.

Excellent apartment with all the necessary structure to stay with children, even going on cloudy days we had activities to do internally there. Facing the sea...with the entire structure for a sunshade and chair! If we get the chance, we'll be back!

The condominium is beautiful and the staff are attentive and helpful. The accommodation has everything you need for very comfortable stays. Impeccable decor, very clean and very beautiful, we loved it and we certainly recommend it. The host is very attentive too, readily willing to help us.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

My Daughter (3 years), my wife and I stayed for 5 nights. It was a very pleasant stay. We are very pleased with the apartment. We found the apartment the way we had seen in the pictures. The apartment was super well equipped and we found many useful things for the beach stay. The instructions given for check-in and check-out were very clear. Communication with Elicia/Erick was quick, friendly and sociable. The communication and help from Elias (Caretaker) and Simone during our stay, however, was super convenient and pleasant. The location of the condominium - during the week - was very quiet and we felt very safe in the neighborhood.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

We had a fantastic weekend stay in Guarujá at this beautiful beachfront apartment overlooking Pitangueiras Beach. The view was absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was spotless, stylishly furnished, and perfectly located. It's just steps away from great restaurants like Tahiti—which is a must-try! Kalanit & Juliana were exceptional hosts—super responsive, welcoming, and full of helpful local recommendations. They even met us at check-in to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Guarujá!

Best view in the area! Fully air-conditioned apartment, perfect for hot days. Two complete suites with king bed, full kitchen, perfectly functioning internet, smart TV and amenities. Very polite, proactive and flexible hosts. Check in Quick and staff of the Building very solicited and polite. A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. The Fico building on the galheta hill, super close to the beach of stilts. I recommend and would come back.

Eleni is very direct and clear with the instructions. Extremely polite and kind, we felt at home and comfortable. The stay was quiet, the place is exactly as advertised and it was the best sleep I had in days, the place was so quiet. I can't wait to come back, breakfast was delicious and fresh.

Well, our experience at Renata's apartment was wonderful, the photos don't show the surreal beauty that is the view, we were all delighted, the apartment has everything, we all felt at home, the rooms are very comfortable, we slept very well, even my 6-month-old niece had a great time, as the apartment has baby support, the apartment has everything both in the kitchen and in everything, it is very complete, spacious and cozy, we spent incredible days, the condominium has a lot of leisure, We really enjoyed the barbecue and the gym. I saw a lot of comments that said you had to walk a lot, but it's not true because the elevators take us where we want to go, and we could even go by car. I only have compliments for my stay at Renata's apartment, and Renata was an excellent hostess, very polite, kind, always supporting us in everything we needed. The beach is very close and has all the support of chairs and umbrellas, which made it very easy. I loved it so much and I will definitely come back. I ❤️ recommend it

The apartment is a real gem! Everything is very well cared for, functional and with a delicious smell. 🌸 The location is excellent: just a few steps from the sea and with everything nearby — market, pharmacy, bakery, shops and services. The street is very busy, which brings more practicality in everyday life. It met our needs very well and we felt at home! Host Suzi was extremely kind and attentive from the first contact.
