Alex's apartment is impeccable. everything is new, well organized, clean, the apartment is comfortable, close to the market and also the beach. Still, a quiet place with no noise. The condominium is exceptional, you can use the leisure areas, which were great. Alex answered everything promptly. Our experience was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: beautiful, clean and super organized. The building is listed — a real find for architecture lovers. For this reason, the balcony doors are original and do not completely block out external noise. This didn't bother me, but it may be a point of attention for those who are light sleepers. Life there is enchanting, and the swing on the balcony gives a special charm to the experience. I recommend exploring the restaurants in the area, which are amazing — especially REVO, which is on the back street.

The stay was exactly as in the photos, Milton was very helpful, gave clear instructions, simplified... he even sent recommendations for sightseeing in the city... I loved it... I'm sure I'll return

The apartment is in a great location, very close to the supermarket and the beach. The interior of the apartment is very well maintained, optimized and comfortable. Bed linen and towels were organized, clean, and smelled fresh. The decor is beautiful and the balcony is the place I liked the most. Super easy entry and exit from the building too. Super recommend it.

My stay at Daniel's apartment in Santos, SP, was simply amazing! The space is very well equipped and clean, providing all the comfort that my family and I expected. The location is excellent, close to the beach and several amenities, the view is fantastic. Daniel was a kind and attentive host, always available to answer any questions. The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

We loved the house, we went in the cold of June and the shared sauna and hot tub saved us a lot, lol. The house is very good, cozy, clean. I recommend it and I want to come back more often 🥰

The co-host and the housekeeper were super attentive, the house was clean and organized, with sheets and towels washed, and it was just like the photos. We intend to return soon.

Well, first of all I don't even know what I liked most, whether it was the property or the charisma and friendliness of the hosts, I travel a lot and I've never seen a host as kind as Samir 👏 Right from the start, they made check-in and check-out flexible, which for us was PERFECT and they always responded to us very quickly. ABOUT THE HOUSE: sensational, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, I didn't miss absolutely anything, it even has drinking water and ice in the kitchen every day. The mattresses are comfortable, very clean bath towels, new soaps in all the en-suites, complete bedding and excellent quality furniture. SAFETY: 10 stars, we went to the beach and left the whole house open and didn't even touch the doors, The condominium is super quiet, we only heard the sound of birds. We will certainly return. Gratitude❤️

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The accommodation, but especially the condominium and location are excellent, communication with the hosts was proactive and helpful! It was a great cost benefit, I hope to return more often!

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

Great stay, we will definitely come back more often, super quiet environment, the house has everything you need, I loved the tableware, very complete kitchen. The view is beyond words, wonderful.
