We had a great stay and Georg is a very kind and helpful host. Location: The stay is a 20 minuten walk to the centre of Bad Gastein and ski lift of the Stubnerkogel. The lift of the graukogel is closer but was closed during our stay. The walk to the centre can be a bit challenging for some people but we knew that and liked the fresh air and exercise. for the people who don't like that, it's quite easy to take the bus or car

Beautiful house in a magical surroundings. The only noise you hear is the birds singing! The house has everything you need. It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything for cooking and also for doing a bbq (we did it and it was incredible in the beautiful garden) The house is renovated and súper modern and luxurious on the inside. A lot to see in the area. The two bikes were a great addition for small day trips (they fit well for average size adults), it is súper easy and close to go to the grocery store and near by waterfalls, a bike path leads to many attractions along the river. The host welcomed us and showed us the house and gave us recommendations for day trips to hike, bike and eat, super nice! It is also a perfect base camp for road cycling holidays and has numerous mountain roads easily accessible. I wish we could have stayed longer but we definitely want to come back to this beautiful house, breathtaking surroundings and peaceful garden.

The communication with Michaela was very pleasant. The apartment was very clean and cozy for a short stay. You have a great view of the countryside.

Once you paid you have to give extra 100 to 125 euro separate for cleaning and £2 per night per adult extra which is unfair.we booked three different Airbnb on others we not have to pay any extra unless we smoke in side or damage any property.
