Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

The apartment is nice and spacious. Despite the many work done all over the city, it was easy to park nearby. It is also very well located: not far from the tram, close to the city center on foot and especially all amenities less than 5 minutes walk. The icing on the cake, Adam is really very kind. He wants to personally welcome all his hosts and is very responsive and attentive in all circumstances.

The presence of a piano is very useful for anyone doing a music internship. The courtyard makes it easy to park your bike. The accommodation is on one level.

We stayed at Christine's apart to break up our journey to the Dordogne and we're so impressed that we had to book the apartment for the return journey, again we had a lovely stay and Christine was again so lovely, I would recommend anyone travelling to or through Le Mans to stay here.

Very nice and pleasant apartment. Conveniently located, 2 minutes from the train station and next to the tram stop, we were able to get around with ease. Recommended!

Louise was very friendly & accommodating, we were delayed arriving and kept in contact. Louise arrived at the property when we arrived to let us in, show us how to use everything and where everything was. She gave local recommendations also! The accommodation was so clean & well kept, this accommodation had a luxurious feel to it with a lovely bathroom. The property was well equipped with cooking utensils, pots pans etc for cooking in the property, we had absolutely everything we needed! Highly recommended this property and 5* for the hosts!

This small peaceful oasis was perfect for my small family for a long weekend. The house is tastefully decorated and furnished and it feels good there. Alexandra was a responsive and attentive host. The garden is ideal especially for little ones. We highly recommend and will be happy to go back!

Ideally located accommodation for our family looking for peace and quiet, while remaining at the gates of Tours. Alexandre's house is very clean and nicely furnished. We didn't want for anything (special mention for the well-equipped kitchen). Alexandre is very responsive and access to the house with smartphone app is easy.

Lovely place with plenty of space and everything you need as a family. Check-in experience was seamless, the parking was spacious and the entire house convenient in all aspects. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area or want a quiet getaway.

Véronique was a lovely host, both before and during our stay. It has never been invasive, but was very kind and helpful when we needed it or to let us know if it was possible to stay longer than expected at the pool. The space is quiet sinceit is surrounded by greenery. Also, the indoor and heated pool was a real plus, allowing us to relax every day, before or after our excursions. This week in Chemillé-sur-Dême has rested us all a lot, so I highly recommend this place.

A peaceful oasis! Quiet and peaceful, the accommodation is very large and suitable for a family, all amenities are available "you can feel at home" nothing is missing! Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!
