A perfect stay, but way too short! Catherine is a very friendly and accommodating host. The cottage was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. The surroundings are quiet, with the pleasure of hearing the birdsong all day long. I would recommend it in a second!

We had a perfect peaceful long weekend with the family in this green setting. Perrine absolutely spoiled us with her little touches (extra fan, various buoys for children in the pool, etc.) and we had a great time in the pool in the middle of the groves and birdsong. We couldn't have found a more perfect place!

Great stay, the host was very welcoming, very nice, he even took us shopping with his vehicle because we were on a motorcycle. I highly recommend it. There is plenty of space, possibility of playing badminton in the garden, there is even a pétanque court and the pool was heated, very nice and very large. great setting , peaceful , pleasant accommodation, full and clean bathroom. We were the first tenants of the summer season, Mark had prepared the accommodation as best as possible . Despite a small electric quack beyond his control, he was able to find us a solution. it's very available . We will undoubtedly be back.

Beautiful little house with a beautiful fenced yard. Everything you needed was available. Very quiet place, just a small remark on the bedding which was not very comfortable.

We highly recommend our hosts' accommodation! Top services: a heated swimming pool in a wooded lot. Relaxation guaranteed in the frog field in the shade of the willows. A very clean house where each bedroom has its own bathroom, TV, toilet and even hair dryer… nothing is left to chance! Games for young and old in the living room cupboards, pool accessories and even petanque balls… a carport, a terrace that is easy to shade, a barbecue In short, go for it! Special mention for the Château de Courtanvaux just a few km away Accuracy: No nuisance due to operation nor smell towards the pond

Nelly is very friendly and speaks English very helpful to us as our French is poor. Lovely to sit by the pool & walk in the grounds of the house. We walked into Le Mans. Beautiful city, had a lovely meal visited the river. Also toured the local area and visited Fresnay-sur-Sarthe. Would like to go back.

We had the pleasure of staying with Stéphanie and Cyril. This is a nice farmhouse very well furnished. All the conditions are there for a great time. We were able to reunite as a family for the holiday season. Very well equipped and bright kitchen, very spacious living area and impeccable bathrooms. Spacious rooms. Everything is decorated tastefully. And the little plus the cats who lead their lives quietly by letting us enjoy their presence and some hugs. Don't hesitate because you'll feel right at home Stéphanie and Cyril.

We came to Cecilia and Karl's for 4 days with friends and kids and we had a great time! We were 8 adults and 4 babies and we were absolutely not cramped. The house is great, beautiful rooms, a beautiful garden with very nice games for children. The living room is spacious, the bedrooms are well soundproofed and with 4 babies it's a real good point ^^. We also took a few city walks and the area is very quiet. It's nice. Thanks again to Cécile and Karl for this great stay, this excellent welcome and the very good exchanges we had. They're great hosts! We would totally recommend this place.
