This is a beautiful open plan 2 bed cottage on one level. Tucked behind the sand dunes of an award winning beach & situated directly on the coastal path. The cottage is cosy with wood floors throughout & well equipped for your stay. The wood burner makes this the perfect retreat even in the winter. The cottage is completely fenced in & dog friendly (can't guarantee your dog won't get out depending on its size) . Supermarkets will deliver. The cottage has a selection of bicycles for your use.

Our 4 luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Well behaved dogs are now allowed in this hut. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer. Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years!

West Cottage is on a quiet village street in Lessingham, less than two miles from Norfolk's coast and five miles from the Broads. With off-street parking, a large garden, and views from both bedrooms to Happisburgh lighthouse, it's an idyllic spot for a tranquil holiday. Downstairs, a cosy sitting room with fireplace and dining area leads to a well-equipped kitchen, beyond which is a bathroom with over-bath shower. Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the smaller a 4ft bed.

The beach is a 15 minute walk away and the beautiful Norfolk Broads are close by. A welcome breakfast basket included in the price. Two local pubs are within a 5 min drive.

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

Honeysuckle cottage is perfectly located for exploring the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline. It was built in the mid 1800's and was once a farmer’s cottage. Now completely refurbished to a high standard with beamed ceilings, latched doors, central heating and fully double glazed. 10 minute walk to Hopton’s sandy beach. Village has 2 pubs serving food, fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway and a local Co-op and garage.
