The Farm House Cottage

The Farmhouse is the perfect getaway. Spring/Summer head out into the fresh air, watch the cattle graze, wander around the gardens, smell the sweet scent of Wisteria pick seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs, or take it easy on a lounger in the sun with a book and a cold beverage. In the evening relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the evening skyline. Fall/Winter cozy up in an armchair in front of the fireplace and watch the seasons change. Our 1910 FarmHouse Cottage... This is an adult-only property and is not ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant. We expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. If any violations of these house rules occur, you will owe the full deposit. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to check in. (The couch is not a sleeper sofa) ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT PRE-APPROVED: All overnight guests that are not booked or pre-approved prior to your check in, will be charged at time of check out " $50.00 a night per guest, per night " along with any additional fees. Beautiful Tiny house cottage with a covered porch and hot tub in a country setting just three minutes to downtown Snohomish. The kitchen is definitely the focal point to the interior. It is open and bright with all your kitchen needs. Complimentary coffee and popcorn included. Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. We have been using Airbnb for years, and are now super excited to begin our journey as hosts! This is a lovely cottage home with great views of Snohomish river and Cascade mountains. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!

Tiny House Heaven

Cute tiny house 5 minutes from Snohomish. Loft ladder is steep! Sits on family property of 6 acres. The bathroom comes equipped with all the amenities plus washer/dryer. Nice kitchen with fridge, stove and kitchenwares. We have 2 teenagers, 2 dogs and we run a custom cabinet shop on the property. Again…the loft ladder is STEEP…use at your own risk!! We take no responsibility for injuries during your stay.
