Beautiful wood house, built in 2010 in traditional tirolean style cobined with some modern architecture elements. When you rent you get the whole house, it is very comfortable for 8 persons. Budget travelers can fit up to 12 persons. We have a sofa bed in the living room and we can add 2 extra beds in the upper floor. If you rent both houses at the same time you can be up to 24 persons. Please note that there is no TV or Radio in the house. WIFI is there and is free.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
