Monthly Rentals in Eaton's Beach

The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The location was very convenient to shopping and getting around. We were already familiar with this area so the location was perfect for us and the neighborhood was peaceful. We would recommend this home and plan to rent it again when visiting Floirda!

It was just what the doctor ordered! Quiet, secluded, and affordable. The host and owner were very friendly and accommodating. We were in Florida to visit kids and grandkids. Amid all the chaos of that, it was nice to come back to a quiet place to unwind. The nature sounds around you during the day and at night were a plus! We will definitely be back!

The place was so nice and open. Lots of room. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The house was clean and tidy. All of the neighbors were nice and welcoming. We even made friends and exchanged numbers for future visits and pet play dates! Desiree and Matt were very responsive and accommodating. The area is so pretty and cozy. We used the passes at the pool, rec centers and dog park. We met so many new friends at the dog park. We loved spending the evenings at Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter Landing. There was so much to do! The neighborhood is so quiet at night since it is a cul de sac. We slept so well in the nice king bed! The grocery store is really close as well as restaurants. Thank you! We love the Villages!
