We had a lovely stay with Scott & Lizzie. Their place is perfect for a weekend exploring Kent with. Our baby son. They’re fantastic hosts, super welcoming. If we’re travelling to the area again we would definitely stay again. Don’t hesitate to book!

Lots of space, clean, comfortable and good location. Liz is a great host, made us feel welcome and was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend it.

We had a really lovely time staying at the Kennels. The property was very clean and cosy, and had everything we needed for our stay. We visited Huckleberry Woods Micro Animal Adventures during our stay, which is less than a 10 minute drive away from the Kennels - so if you are an animal lover, we would definitely recommend going there! We also visited Canterbury, which is around a 20-25 minute drive away, and did one of the Escape in the Towers Escape Rooms, which we would throughly recommend too. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make dinner at the property, however there are also plenty of options for takeaways nearby in Faversham (so you can stay in and enjoy the selection of board games!).

A visually peaceful place to stay in with comfortable seating. Attractive decoration and use of colour added to the ambience. The house is set back from a not-very-busy road and surrounded by trees. The beds were very comfortable, always a plus. The weather was cold and dismal which made us grateful that we were allowed to increase the heating to suit our needs. We bird watched on the Isle of Sheppey close by and attended a course at Brogdale just 10 minutes from the house. I would recommend visiting Macknade food hall on the A2 close by for vegetables and meat and the excellent fish merchant - Fins and Scales at Faversham harbour. A plus was discovering a sweet water well at Oare Marshes Nature Reserve with people bringing bottles to fill. The water was delicious.
