Elstree is a self-contained annexe to our house with allocated parking off-road and basic kitchen facilities — suitable for a short break but not for hosting dinner parties! We welcome pets and kids (although we don’t provide specialist things for infants and teenagers might find it a squash!). Lovely modern and clean place walking distance from the beach. Hosts were excellent and the caravan was much more equipped than other caravans which I have stayed in the past; it had lots of utensils/cutlery and everything you need for cooking. Also they provided soaps/washing equipment and even some toys for the kids which was extra thoughtful of them- thank you so much! (There was also a ps5 but we didn't use it)

Thank you for an wonderful stay. The view is beautiful from the living room. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and of generous size. The beds are comfortable, which helps with the amount of walking we did. Richard has made the apartment a home from home with everything you need!! We always forget something, this time is was a toothbrush charger and there was one to use in the bathroom. It is one of the best air b&b we have stayed at, we cannot wait to return. The gardens opposite were lovely to walk around before heading into town. It's a short drive down to Bempton cliffs, Filey (highly recommend cjs for fish & chips) and Cayton bay. The coffee van called Nova outside the apartment was perfect for when we needed a barista style drink. 9am flat white, the kids loved their milkshakes and the owner was super lovely 😀. It was perfect and we didn't want to leave! there is only 1 small negative and that's the pigeons squarking away from 5am every morning on the metal balcony. 😬

Had a lovely stay at Chloe’s place. Very accommodating and helpful hosts. The flat was extremely clean and nice and quiet. Nice and close to the beach too which was amazing!

Really comfortable. well equipped kitchen, Anne even left me a cafetiere after I asked last time if there was one. plenty of hot water, good shower, and comfy bedroom. And walkable to the beach. everything I needed for a 3 night work stay.
